Due to the lack of a shower cabin, the entire bathroom was always in water. But this is the case in many hotels in Bulgaria and they can't do anything about it. In addition, it was cleaned nicely every day. :-)

Central location, nevertheless a calm and quiet street, close to everything on foot. Friendly staff, family atmosphere, delicious breakfast and comfortable room. We really liked Sozopol and Antares, we would choose them again next time. :-)

The breakfast included in the room price was continental. Whilst we loved what we got and the food was nice, it was a little scarce in options. But plenty of fresh fruit and some local pastries. There was a parking space on the street but we had to move the car mid way for whatever reason. So we did stress a bit as we didn't want to get a fine, as initially the car wasn't parked on a specific parking spot. They reassured us it's fine and it was, but it was a bit stressful. To note that everyone around there seems to park on the street as there's not really any other place to park since the streets are pretty small.

The room was lovely, spacious, clean, modern furnishings, nice size balcony. Bathroom was spotless and a decent size. It had a shower cubicle. Lovely staff and happy to help. The booking came with free entry to a private beach at a resort, with loungers included in the price. The beach is 3miles away but easily accessible.

We didn't like the breakfast. Poor quality of products and not many things to choose from. There is no shower cabin so each time all bathroom gets wet. This is a common thing in bathroom design in Bulgaria.

The hotel was recently renovated, has a beautiful design, new and elegant furniture, comfy beds and good quality shampoo, shower gel. Our room had a fridge and a sofa, although they are not mentioned in room description. It's very close to Sozopol Central beach and 10-15 minutes walk to Old Town.

Not big variety for the breakfast- some improvements can be made. Some of the available parking is not very comfortable for bigger cars(SUVs, etc.)

Deluxe Junior Suite - very spacious(apartment on two levels), comfortable, quiet and you feel seperate from the rest of the guests. Extremely big balcony. The personal is very kind and helping if needed. Perfect every day cleaning of the apartment.

The lack of hospitality/enthusiasm shown by the receptionist/host, she looked like she was disturbed by our presence. They guaranteed a parking place when we booked and even though on both sides of the hotel all the places were empty when we arrived, she checked our car and took us on the lateral street where she kept another very small parking place (in front of an old Antares hotel) and insisted for us to park there. Most likely because we only spent one night in here and the good parking places where kept for the ones with longer stays.

The proximity to the entrance in the old town and to one of the beach areas was one of the best things about this accomodation. Also the fact that the building is recently renovated and everything looks brand new, with a very nice design, We had a very small room with a small balcony, but the furniture had a smart design and it made you feel like the space was more than enough to deposit all your luggages and belongings. The bathroom was also small, the toilet,sink and shower where all in the same room with no delimitation between them. When taking a shower the water was spreading on the sink and toilet as well. The breakfast was not very rich, but for us it was enough. We appreciated the freshly squeezed orange juice.

Since we are in the same business I would like to remind the owners if you are rated as 3 stars hotel Black out Curtains are MUST . Lamps from the street are directly to you when you are in bed , and this was very unpleasant . I would recommend to change it . If not dear guest we leave you some proposal how to deal with it .

I am really complaining on a high level, but here is what was missing, in my opinion: Again, no blackout curtains. Daylight at six o'clock in the morning. Bulgarians don't seem to know the concept of blackout curtains? An electric kettle would have been a nice bonus. There is no lift and the stairs up to the rooms don't have a handrail, which could be a bit of a safety hazard if you are not fully mobile.

This place was by far the best to stay at during my entire trip. Exceptionally clean, so stylish, it was simply a delight. The mattress was heaven, as were the pillows. The bathroom was beautiful, I even loooved the shower head! The surroundings were quiet and peaceful.

Everything as expected, even more than expectations and pictures/descriptions. A quiet, very clean and friendly place. We asked for 2 quiet rooms if possible and the staff solved our demand without any problem. Also they will offer free parking place on registration. Pictures attached.
