Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThink some staff smoke cigarettes outside but near the breakfast area - the smell of the smoke makes it way into the breakfast area, which to me is unpleasant when you’re eating.

Close to gondola, you can wear your skis across the road and ski to base lift! Exceptional breakfast! Very friendly and kind personnel helped us very much, thank you! Even though, the room wasn’t very new, everything working perfectly and it was very clean.

RomaniaThe hotel is very close to the Bansko gondola. The ski area can be reached in 2 minutes from the hotel. It is close to all the attractions in the Bansko tourist area. There are 2-3 markets near the hotel. Clean rooms and very kind staff. Breakfast is good.

The staff were so lovely and very accommodating of a extremely late check in and a late check out at no extra fee. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Best location with only a short walk to the gondola. Couldn’t recommend more!

RomaniaThe beds were not so comfortable, the breakfast can be better, it îs the same in all days. In the last might there was a group next to my room who had a party from 1 to 2.30, when the receptionist ask threm to stop. I know this don't happend everyday and it wasn't hotels fault, but i didn't like it.
The staff îs amazing, 10+ for the stuff.i Had a studio and the room was big and clean. Very close to the gondola. They find a parking place for us even IT was very crowded.
