RomaniaI was disappointed that my Booking reservation didn't include entry to the Aqua House, unlike reservations made directly on the hotel's website. Additionally, for those who, like me, prefer natural condiments, I suggest sticking to the breakfast option only to avoid artificial flavors in food. Despite these minor issues, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the hotel and its facilities. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend it to others. I am already looking forward to returning in the future.
I had an incredible time at Ensana Hotel, particularly impressed by its spa area with luxurious heated outdoor pools. Even on cloudy days, the pools remained uncrowded, providing ample space for relaxation and intimacy. The outside sauna, with a view, was absolutely lovely and added to the overall charm of the spa area.

NetherlandsRestaurant - lunch at the Green Terrace was underwhelming. The tomato soup tasted like thick tomato paste and not fresh. The butter with the bread was ice cold and hard. The meat balls lacked flavour and were dry. Reception - I asked help twice and the response was underwhelming. For one, I would have expected the kids bed to be made at arrival as I requested per message in advance. And furthermore that there would be kids bathrobes in the room or when I asked later at the reception, that they would simply arrange it rather than referring me to the household department. Housekeeping - rooms were not made all days / towels on the floor not replaced. Not sure why. Airco - didn’t work well, rooms were warm and we had to keep the balcony door open Kids club - should have been ages 4-12 but our kids age 10 were turned down as too old. No activities for kids is really a pity.
Spa area - Thermal baths are amazing for the skin, at great temperature - Sauna area is very big and of good quality - massage specialists are excellent, spa reception very friendly Bar & restaurant - we really enjoyed the cocktails from especially Krasen and Krassimir. It’s the friendliness as well as expertise and joy to make something special and to make the customer feel taken care of. Thank you! Restaurant - we had half board; waiting staff was friendly and quick. Especially Tatyana was a joy. Very elegant and friendly lady, that was quick to help. Thank you! - all the food at the breakfast and dinner from the buffet was amazing. The quality of the ingredients was very high, and the preparation perfect. This is the best hotel buffet food I’ve ever tasted, and it can compete with a la carte . - we also ordered from the room service menu… hamburgers and the grilled chicken were amazing Garden - in immaculate condition; perfectly mowed green grass and trimmed trees and bushes. Play ground for the kids is well maintained and made of nice materials like wood. Reception area - Eduard was very friendly and made us feel at home. Thank you! Entertainment - great live guitar music in the evening

RomaniaMost of the comments suggest that there is an issue with the hotel's check-out process. Even though the check-out time is 11 AM, guests have reported that their access card gets disabled around 10 AM, which can put them in an uncomfortable situation. This has happened to me as well. As a 5-star hotel, one would expect more flexibility and attention to such details. The food at the main restaurant is decent, but it may not meet the expectations of guests looking for a 5-star dining experience. While there is a variety of options, the quality of food is average at best. The staff does their job, but they do not go the extra mile or show a willingness to solve guest problems with a smile on their face.
What really stands out about this location are the facilities and the view. Although it does not have direct access to the beach, you still get the chance to see the sea from the hotel. The pools are the main attraction, and I would definitely recommend them all year round.It is a choice you won't regret, and I recommend it to everyone who would like to spend a couple of relaxing days.

It was more than expected. Employees went the extra mile. We arrived after the dinner schedule but the night shift receptionist Ilias called the restaurant amd they ve prepared a plate for us which we appreciated. The room was very big, new, modern and clean and we had the mini bar inclusive. It was my mothers birthday and i ordered a cake which was complimentary. Everybody from reception was very proffesional It became my favourite hotel for short city breaks.

BulgariaI personally am not impressed with the food quality. It’s plenty (breakfast and dinner buffets), but tasteless and not well cooked. I think onsite a la carte restaurants are a better choice for dinner.
