There was epidemic during our stay. Our baby and wife got sick 🤢. We heard also other people pin the hotel got sick too. The hotel supported us with meds , butt unfortunately we should left early , because of the illness of our little one. My advice is somebody got sick at the hotel the staff to check other guests too if they had contact with the sick people. To investigate if food or someone from staff is comming sick to work. To offer doctor visit at the hotel for immediate action.

Please do something with the soroundings and it might be good to have better conditions on the beach( you might take some lessons from your neighbor hotel Casa di Fiore). A pool bar and one on the beach would be perfect.

The staff is friendly and everyone is doing their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Well, I was really upset to read a few nasty reviews that were posted by people who stayed about the same time we did and accused the hotel for things that were absolutely false, like not having enough food (and nothing could be further from the truth...) or reusing the food from the day before (which I can say I have never seen being done during our stay!) or that the rooms were dirty (also false, everything was cleaned almost obsessively) or that they weren't free sunbeds on the beach (they must have gone to an entirely different beach than us...). So, to sum it up, nothing negative, only high praise for fhe staff and for their patience and hard work! Keep up the good work and thank you!

Everything looks just like you see in the pictures. The rooms are big, well equipped (there is a mini fridge, an electric kettle, cups and glasses, seif, slippers) and very clean (the maid comes every day and the towels are replaced on a daily basis). There is AC and the TV has plenty of channels. There are water dispensers in the hallway, so you are set for drinking water. The view from the balcony is great and the beach is very close, we never had any trouble finding free sunbeds and umbrellas (and we went at different hours every day). The beach is clean, sandy and there are 2 lifeguard posts neaby. The water level increases gradually, so it is safe for kids. The pool is very clean and there are plenty sunbeds and umbrellas. The smaller pool has a lot of water toys for the kids and there is even a small playground for them. The staff is always smiling and is extremely helpful, regardless of the hour. The food is more than enough, the dishes are designed to please everyone; if a certain dish is about to run out, they replace it and so for the entire 2 hours you have access to all the dishes. If you have certain dietary restrictions they accommodate them, all you have to do is ask. The ice-cream station is available all day and also the espresso machine and the soda dispenser. You can pay using Revolut, Visa, Mastercard or cash. There is no ATM or exchange office at the hotel yet. There are a few supermarkets and small restaurants nearby, a pharmacy and lots of shops. We had a wonderful time and we highly recommend the hotel to those who wish to relax and have a peaceful vacation.

I didnt like the fact that they close the restaurant and the bar at 22 . Food was good but they should change the juices, and they need to fix the shower cabin, cuz water its going everywhere in the bath.

The sea beach, although we had free sunbeds, not enough places there for 2 hotels, the beach was not very clean, and no free beverages there (all inclusive), we needed to go to the hotel

Very clean, new hotel, the staff was very helpful and friendly. It's 2 min walk by the beach, the food is plenty and there are many options, even for the kids. The pools were very clean and the indoor pool is a bliss. Nice facilities for spending indoor time (fitness, games...)

Smoking is allowed on all terrace, so non-smokers are dining only indoor. Any program, i would appreciate live music.

It is close to the beach, clean and new hotel. Staff is trying to meet your expectations and help with all kind of questions, especially the manager. Food is fresh and good. There are sufficient beach seats.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable hotel, and I must say that it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived until the day of my departure, every aspect of my stay was absolutely exceptional. The food served here is exceptional, offering a diverse array of delectable dishes that cater to all tastes and preferences. The cleanliness and attention to detail are apparent as soon as you step inside. The spaciousness of the rooms ensures ample room to unwind and rejuvenate after a day of exploration or relaxation. Other highlights are free beach access, a gym, indoor/outdoor pools, free parking and a kids' playground. Last but not least, the staff is hardworking and ready to help if necessary.

We didn’t have shower gel, the cleaning lady didn’t check or made a refill for once. We didn’t have beach access included, but from what we’ve seen sunbeds are low quality and don’t come with mats. The water in the pool was cold. A “Do no disturb” or “Please clean/do not clean my room” door hanger would be useful.

We’ve been greeted with champagne which I’ve never experienced in a 4 star hotel before. The staff was very friendly, always smiling and eager to help. The waiters at the restaurant were always on the move, so the tables were always clean. The room was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated, with almost all the needed amenities. On each floor, on the hallway are water dispensers with fresh, filtered water. We found this being very useful and smart since we didn’t have to worry about buying bottles of water during our stay. We only had breakfast included which was diverse and tasteful. The spa area is most of the time empty and includes a hot tub, a small pool with hydromassage and infrared lights. For massage, you can go to the neighboring hotel, Sunny Castle. The hotel is very close to a large beach with fine sand (1 min walk), and there are some very good restaurants in the area (Del Mar, Aqualife, First Line). Albena is a 30 min walk on the shore.

The accommodation at Aquamarine completed a perfect vacation. The hotel impresses you with its special and modern design, very spacious rooms, 10-point cleanliness. Very, very nice staff, we enjoyed talking to them, and the food was very tasty and varied. The hotel beach can be reached in 5 minutes, and the swimming pool, the jacuzzi area and the games room were highly appreciated. We will definitely come back!
