Nothing bad to say really, I got what I was promissed when booking online.

A very, very nice hotel. The staff is very kind and helpful, ready to assist you with anything. They even give you a map of the city with instructions on how to get here and there. The room is exactly as you see in the pictures (very pretty), also spacious and very clean. The pool is great, not too big but not too small either, perfect for a swim and a cooling down or just relaxing. In the evening everything is locked so I felt pretty safe. 10 minutes (light) walk to Sozopol central beach, and roughly the same to Harmani. 20 minutes walk to Paradise bay beach and about 35 minutes to Kavatsi beach. So this location is perfect if you don't want to be dependent on a car. The restaurants and bars are within walking distance also.

A perfect one for a family vacation

A quiet pool area to swim and sunbathe in the shadow of the plants. We liked the room too (the 3rd floor) with a balcony to sit out to enjoy your drinks and the view.

The hotel is close to the beach and the central shopping area of the New Town of Sozopol, the room was spacy and clean. The hosts were polite and the receptionist offered us a free beach umbrella. We would visit again!

Super clean, great staff and good facilities. Great location, quiet residential area with shop over the road and about a 10min walk to main area. Balcony had a decent sea view, lovely garden/pool area.

The garden pool area was so delightful. The family run business is small, so they treat you well. The apartment was very good with sea views. The breakfast, though not included was cheap, and very good indeed. Definitely stay there again

The start of the stay was difficult due to the lack of willingness of the staff to repair the warped bathroom door (photos can be attached). Later it was only better and in the end our stay was very successful. The owners were very helpful, they replaced the broken kettle immediately and allowed us to stay in the property for a few more hours after checking out, which was very useful according to the high temperatures outside. It is not worth arguing with customers and I am never vengeful, so thank you very much for the whole, great stay. The whole hotel is very clean, also in the pool. Many flowers around. Short distance to many kind of shops. I recommend that place.

Amazing view and the best owners. Friendly, kind and sweet. Made our stay a special experiemce i will rember. Next time i visit Sozopol will pick the same hotel for sure. 4th floor have amazing see view and the rooms and very clean and well mantained.

it would have been nice if there was an air conditioner in the bedroom.

Other guests smoke while you are eating in Bulgaria. Nothing can be done about their rudeness. Everywhere is the same.

Spotlessly clean family run hotel in Sozopol new town. It is near Republicanska Square and 5 minutes walk to and from the Burgas, Plovdiv, Sofia bus stop. I was in a budget single room with a small shady balcony. Ensuite bathroom with shower over toilet Bulgarian style. Kettle, fridge, TV and portable fan. Dressing table, small wardrobe and hanging pegs. Breakfast available if ordered in advance for 15 levs. Many choices including banitsa, yogurt, salami, cheeses, salad, cereal, fresh fruits, bread and jams. Lovely gardens at the back and front with a few sunbeds next to a small warm swimming pool Dear little cats are resident. Lovely stay. Thank you to the family.

Everything! The view was amazing, the size of the room was just right, the facilities were good. Basically there wasn't a single thing that we didn't like! As to the service, it was outstanding, everyone was approachable at all times to answer any of our questions!

You can't say anything bad. Absolutely perfect.

We are very greatful for our staff and hotel. They speak english and german, super helpful. They always answered our questions in no time, helped with the public transport. You can ask anything. The rooms were perfect, not too big but not too small, clean and the view was amazing. The pool, the bar are cool. We really liked every minute there.
