Great location in the Trigrad river valley, a few minutes drive to the magnificent gorge. The view of the surrounding hills is all about tranquility and connection with nature. The owners are very courteous and welcoming and strive to provide best possible service. The staff would cook tasty local traditional meals. We would gladly return again.

We stayed there in the beginning of Sep, there was no heating in the room and it got really cold during the night.

The food in the restaurant was really nice and not expensive. The room is clean and big. The staff are friendly, and their dogs are angels.

One of the most beautiful nature locations in Bulgaria, located in the secluded area without houses nearby. Hotel is simple - which is totally fine considering the wilderness around - but well maintained, rooms comfortable, clean, warm and quiet. Bed linen was unexpectedly high quality. Bathrooms are like everywhere in such type of accomodations, but hot water was strong and stable. Food was delicious, and staff is helpful and welcoming, ready to assist with any requests. Was asking for something different from the standard for breakfast for health reasons and was offered an acceptable replacement with kindness and parents like care.

This is the second time we have been to the hotel, very nice and cozy place with super polite staff. The view was amazing. The food was very tasty. The rooms were very comfortable both times. We would visit again.

Chilli in room. We stayed in mid September when nights are colder and room was quite cold Also there is not enough bins in room Only one in bathroom And no tv It wasn't issue for me but generally surprised to see that

Small hotel in authentic Bulgarian style. There are opportunities for walks, horse riding and more. The food is simply more than delicious. Everything is made on the spot. And the home made breakfast take you back to the childhood. The staff is just superb, making you feel part of a big family. Whatever we needed, they were always helpful . Of course I have to mention the good company of the cat Leizo, which make the stay even more cozy. We highly recommend it and can't wait to return.

Very cosy small hotel with authentic decor perfect for get away if you like mountains and nature, hiking, horse riding and fishing. Excellent hospitality, great home made food. Nice indoor and outdoor dining areas. Very clean and cosy room. Beautiful mountain view from room, very quiet. Parking on the site. Great host Drago and very nice staff, very polite and helpful young gentleman Martin. We would highly recommend this place and if we will come to Trigrad definitely will stay again!

we booked the deluxe apartment as we expected to have a balcony and a nice view, unfortunately we did not have one. the deluxe apartment is not what we expected.

The location and the surrounding view are stunning. we had our dinner and breakfast there, it was delicious and homemade.

Perfectly located in the heart of the mountain,next to a horse stables and a river, great value for the money and perfect food!!!Build in old Bulgarian style,no plastic all wooden,you get that ancient feeling that you have traveled back in time!!! Beautiful!!!

The hotel could benefit from some renovations- e.g, the tent above the outdoor tables was torn and the rain was pouring from it, the bathroom had stains from mould, the restaurant still had Christmas decorations, even though we were there in June, there was dust on the shelves at the restaurant.

Great location and friendly staff! The property needs some renovations but our stay was great. The food was good, the staff prepared everything we wanted despite not having it listed in the menu.

Some details here and there in the room need repairs, but nothing too important. The road to there is not very maintained, so have a car ready for some offroad.

The atmosphere is wonderful in the family hotel! Nature around us, fireplace roaring, people being super welcoming, prices of the stay and the restaurant are very good.
