This place is unique and one of a kind. It is the sculpture museum under the open air, and that definitely makes it special. Everything inside if filled with that spirit: rooms has real paintings, all the landscape is truly beautiful. On top of all that the restaurant inside is a real good one and fresh fish is excellent

The room was nice and clean but the bathroom had a terrible moldy smell. We tried to use the vent fan and kept the door open to avoid mustiness from the shower but it didn’t help. The restaurant was disappointing. I understand we came at a low point in the season so the options were limited. However the prices were outrageous for what we got. We ordered a Greek salad and that was the only thing out of our dinner that was actually “ fresh” The pork ribs were dry and tough and they had a terrible BBQ sauce drowning them, probably used to mask the fact the meat was not fresh. I will give the fries a 10 but the pork ribs made me and my husband sick with diarrhea. The prawns were also terrible! They tasted frozen and the salad greens were old and bitter, they had quite a lot of brown leaves. The waitress was nice and the service was great but the food was awful! The complimentary breakfast was also terrible. The French toast was very spongy and had a weird oily aftertaste. The hard boiled eggs were impossible to open and were undercooked. The croissants looked like they were frozen and reheated but mine were so tough they were very hard to bite or tear. They were left in the microwave or oven too long so they didn’t have a nice airy light texture. The only redeeming quality was the view. The tablecloths were stained and the decor was a bit dated.

The street where he hotel is situated is in very bad condition, but it is not a problem only for this hotel.

As our visit was out of summer season, I didn't expect at all to find a proper space in Sozopol for a winter stay. There was a little problem with the heating system at arrival, but it was solved when we were moved at a bigger and warmer room. The restaurant is working, there is a "winter" menu, witch offers a small variety of meals, but it is understandable, but there is a choice. Breakfast was good.

1. The room needs a little cosmetic repair 2. We couldn't find the remote control and when I looked under the sofa I found it, as well as dust and a floor that hadn't been washed for a long time

I think due to low season, cleaning in the room wasnt done very well. There was dust in the corners.

The restaurant was terrible. The food was very expensive and extremely poor quality. (I have to add wine list was good!) I don’t think the staff cared about us. I think they went to Lidl to buy the cheapest food products and sold them to us at highly inflated prices.

Beautiful location. One of the best on the Black Sea. Loved the sculptures in the grounds. Loved the accommodation. Superb.

The tv channels didn’t worked but didn’t not bother me to much because I had a better Full Hd in front of the balcony-the view of the sea and the lovely sunrise and the sunset. Have better for us to spend more time in nature.

The resort it is amazing. I liked everything, the atmosphere, the view of the Black Sea, the garden, the artworks (the statues) from the resort. The big studio with the amazing view too the sea. Breakfast Restaurant Staff Relaxing zone

The compex is very stylishy decorated, the seaviews all around are just amazing, the combination of art and nature is simply mesmerizing. Every morning you are greeted with a rich breakfast, which you can enjoy directly above the sea shore.

The evening meal was the worst Tbones we have ever had. looked and tasted as if boiled in the bag. what little taste there was , was more like pork at beef prices Wine was very nice and staff good
