Nothing every thing perfect

Perfect location large well decorated room to very high specification. Friendly staff nothing to much trouble. Very good restaurant food to very high standards.

The parking place is limited, if you travel by car, ask for a possible reservation first The breakfast time starts from 08:00 but honestly they asked me if this was ok for me. Again in case of business trip ask for a different arrangement first.

Very good staff, the reception guy has waited me until midnight for a late check in. Very clean and tidy room, continental breakfast appreciated. The location is good, nice view and amazing garden. Restaurant available with several good choices either food & drink, I was travelling for business and I appreciated few moments of relax.

This is one of the best hotels we’ve been to. The room was spotless and comfortable. We ate at the restaurant a few times, and the service was exceptional. The food was also delicious, and the restaurant has a beautiful garden to enjoy your meal. My favorite part of the stay, however, was the exceptional professionalism and warm, welcoming demeanor of the owners and staff. They accommodated every wish and need we had, and we truly felt welcomed at Hotel Nirvana.

The staff and owner were very kind. Way more hip than any other hospitality staff I've met in Bulgaria. The design concept was great - cool breezes on the balcony and a lovely dinner in the great restaurant. Obviously popular with the local smart crowd. Best nights sleep this trip.

The selection about the breakfast could be improved

Hotel small but very cozy. Here you can feel like at home. The restaurant is a big plus, one of the best in town. Room nice and spacious. The hotel, everywhere, smells good )))

Spa area is not included in the accomodation, around 15 Euros for each of the sauna, steam bath and jacuzzi. So, in total is around 45 Euros.

Mini bar was not stocked, and taps and shower leaked in the bathrooms. Location is very pretty and quiet which is good, but it's further out of the town centre, so a car is definitely needed if you're travelling around.

Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We were offered a good selection at breakfast. Rooms were comfortable and mostly had what we needed. We've stayed before, and will stay again.

I was travelling with my father so the see-through shower was unexpected but we did manage. There were people next door who were a little loud in the morning.

While it did not bother us, the hotel is not in the immediate center of town, but about a 10 minute walk into a quieter and posh residential part of the city. The city's walking street may not be at your doorstep, but the bonus is the quiet and serenity you get when back at your accommodation.

This hotel is beautiful from the design of the building itself, to the décor of the interior spaces, restaurant, and rooms. The whole place gives a sense of calm and relaxation. The restaurant breakfast options were good and we enjoyed eating in their beautiful outdoor space with comfortable day-beds to soak up the morning sun with your espresso or tea in hand. I lived in Shumen for over two years, and I will only stay here when I return for visits from here on. Stop hesitating and book a room here!

A little noise from traffic in the night but not a major problem.

Friendly welcome on arrival, beautifully presented room with a view over the city from the balcony. The food in the restaurant and the service was first class.

Very kind, welcoming and available personnel, they kept open the restaurant only for us till late because of a delay on our arrival time to Varna Airport. Restaurant very good (as usual)

Wonderful hotel, situated in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, and the service was excellent! The apartment we stayed at was very spacious and clean, the garden was beautiful, and the parking was very convenient too. Highly recommend!!!
