The building is still under construction, so the elevators and corridors are quite dirty. There's no shower curtain or wall, so water from shower gets in the whole bathroom. You can also hear the neighbors.

Location very close to metro/tram/bus. Good essentials in the kitchen. The place was neat and clean.

Entrance door do not give any soundproof but the worst was bad smell (cigarettes, bad food, not sure....) which sometimes was appearing but I did not manage to locate the source of it.

Location just next to metro station, comfortable bed, lots of tv channels, good looking building (from outside).

If i have to mention something that is not right is the way toilet is built, if you are taking shower there is no separated place so water goes all-around the toliet, but this is flaw i can deal with..

The only things we would say are negative is the building which is still under construction (was so a year and a half ago too) and the shower which is not covered, so you basicaly shower next to the toilet and bath sink which makes the floor of the bathroom all wet. We think a mop would be a great addition here to clean the water from the bathroom floor after each shower. We actually brought our own mop from home with us because we knew of this issue from our first visit here a year and a half ago.

This is our 2nd visit here and we would like to return. We liked the location (a little creepy at night but only 2 minutes away from the metro and bus stations), free parking near the building, the kitchen was well equiped, the bed is soft and comfortable, great smart tv, good air conditioning that also kept us warm.

Only downside was the size of the bathroom. Showering will cause the whole room to be wet however this can be easily managed and is very common in Bulgaria.

Very cosy little studio apartment located a 2 minute walk from the metro station with easy access to the centre of Sofia. Hosts are very helpful and the whole arrival process is very straightforward. Great value for money, comfy bed and reliable kitchen appliances. If returning to Sofia, I'd happily stay here again.

Only issue I had was that the bathroom was a wet room, and that the floor was not angled enough toward to plug hole. So the bathroom floor was constantly wet following a shower.

It's not in the city center, but close to bus or train station. To the mainstation its 15 min by foot. The bathroom is great but the shower is not separated so everything is getting wet when you take a shower. But its getting dry fast.

It was perfect, we felt super comfortable. Super clean, beautiful apartment, a kitchen and a TV! CheckIn was easy and uncomplicated.

In daylight the room cannot be darkened well. A mosquito net would be fine, although only had one mosquito in over a week.

The apartment is small but nice. Tram and metrostation is just a minute away.

Not specific to this apartment, but I don't get the design of having shower over toilet. It really made you think twice about when to shower to give it several hours for it to dry to use the toilet again.

Very clean and neat, tidy, and had good essentials including a good knife in the kitchen to chop up fruit. Clean towels of good size provided and self check-in.

Cool looking building, apartment was clean. I like check in and check out option whenever you need it. We came arround 22 and left at 5:30. Overall i would recommend use the place for the stay in for the night and maybe even longer option. We will come again for sure. Lights in the room are epic tho.
