The hotel in general is a bit old and the design is not my type, but this is very personal.

The hotel team is extraordinary both in the reception and the dining room. The location is excellent.

The cappuccino from the machine in the dining room was very sweet. We end up drinking espresso or taking coffee in the boulevard.

Beautiful and classic hotel in the heart of Sofia, two minutes walk from Vitosha boulevard. The staff was very friendly, enthusiastic to assist on any question / enquiry we had (we had an issue with a missing luggage). As promised, the transfer cost from the airport was covered by the hotel smoothly. Breakfast is rich and diverse, with fresh breads, cheese, fruits and vegetables and of course Banitsa.

The daily maid service was a little inconsistent some days.

All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel’s location is one of the best for seeing the sights of the city. Breakfast was a full buffet with a wide selection. The staff worked hard to make sure everything was available during the breakfast hours.

My room was fairly basic and a little dated.

The service at the hotel was great. All the staff were welcoming and helpful. There was a vast range of delicious food available for breakfast, and the complimentary drinks and nibbles were most welcome in the evenings. The location was very convenient for local sightseeing on foot. The area felt safe.

As a queer couple we felt totally welcome. They were so welcoming and caring. We requested gluten free options at breakfast as I am a coeliac. They welcomed me into breakfast immediately explaining what I could eat, gluten free bread was already on the buffet. When we returned from our afternoon out we were offered a complimentary drink and I was presented with a gluten free cake treat. I felt spoilt.

Very nice hotel, near the center. The staff is very helpful. Breakfast is very good. On the check out the taxi was late , so one of the managers took us to the airport by his car.

Generally, everything was fine, this is an old building that needs some updating, for example, the door in the room to the bathroom was noisy and the elevator very slow, but these are only small details

Very nice boutique small hotel in the center of Sofia. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are rather large, with copious breakfast offering a large variety of pastries and local homemade bakeries. Location is great, lots of restaurants around and just near Vitosha Blvd. Excellent place for a short stay. Free drinks and usually live music between 18:00 - 20:00 everyday

The room A/C did not cool the room, the late breakfast. The breakfast should start earlier as all excursions start at 08:00. Bathrooms need to be updated as it had mould.

Perfect location, very comfortable room, great breakfast. Home atmosphere! Staff is very polite and they also upgraded my room on arrival, give me instructions and advices around the city. I was here for work, and WiFi was amazing also. Rooms were clean, water always run warm, quite perfect place to stay in Sofia.

Hotel was in the perfect location, just a few mins walk & you are within all the attractions, and metro station is also a very short walk from hotel. Hotel staff were friendly and happy and make you feel special, they even gave me a free cake on my last night! The breakfast was great with so many choices to eat. Hotel was nice and peaceful. Bit more expensive than other hotels in the area but definitely worth the extra money.
