So clean, big hotel, which SPA, pool, restaurants, etc. The same clean in the room with beautiful sea view. And wanna say thank for congratulating from hotel said because of birthday. That’s so cute.

Not that it’s any reflection of the stay at the hotel but the experience at Aquahouse wasn’t the best, I wouldn’t recommend it especially at the weekend. The pillows were uncomfortable and low quality for a 5 star hotel Personally I think the price was a bit higher considering we went in the low season (March)

Great location, the staff were friendly, they offer free access to Aquahouse and the food was great! Great spa in the hotel itself The interior is beautiful, the views even overlooking the parking are fine. Loved the play room as well.

The hotel is excellent! Very nice facilities, clean and the staff was very kind and professionals. Could be somehow regulated to be more worm in the high floor rooms. But the hotel is amazing!

Keep in mind that during dinner they don't include any drinks. You don't have even water, which is disrespectful for guests and kids and you have to pay for bottled water at the price of 5* hotel. Indoor pool is very small, with max 10 chairs, that can get busy all the time, if you stay there in a very crowded period. Also, the outdoor large pool is a big scam, the water temperature is cold for having a bath, especially for the kids. So this is a fake commercial(it is partially heated, but not hot enough for using it when outside there are less than 20 degrees) We had to pay for getting access to Aquahouse Health Spa place, aprox 90 leva(with discount) for 2 adults and 1 child( here we really enjoyed more than 10 indoor and outdoor heated pools).

Very large and comfortable rooms, nice sea view, very clean rooms, silent hotel. The breakfast and and dinner food was pretty good, I don't complain, tasty and lot of choices. We also had plenty of parking spots.

I can't think of something apart from the lack of parking space inside the hotel, but still they have another parking space near the hotel that is quite big.

Breakfast was one of the best that I had in all my holidays, diverse and really good! The indoor pool is quite small, but the outdoor pools are big and warm, I had the chance to swim outside on the 2nd of December :). The room is big, clean and cosy!

Breakfast- a 5 star hotel should offer at least espresso coffee and fresh juices. To our disappointment the coffee was only from a Nescafé Machine with a very poor quality. The soda drinks offered in the morning were also not suitable for a 5 star hotel. All the rest was ok.

Two villas (owned by the same company) block the view towards the sea. There was an event in the evening in the restaurant and nobody told us about. Instead of having a nice dinner on the terrace, we ended up by having to have dinner in the all-inclusive restaurant (more a canteen) which closes at 21h !! Not nice.

Excellent location, very close to the beach (although not really waterfront), very comfortable rooms, quality beds, pillows and bedsheets, black-out curtains. Balcony towards the sea, fantastic to relax and enjoy the view. Tip: book sea view and upper floors. Excellent heated outdoor swimming pool. Staff OK, breakfast very good. Free parking, ground floor and underground.

The hotel is luxurious, well maintained. The location by the sea, but the most significant is the excellent attitude and help of the staff in every matter. It is important to note the professional spa staff. The breakfast is extraordinarily rich and varied and during the day there is a free drinks bar in the lobby.

Breakfast could be more various. Needed a bit to wait to get a Coffee as here’s only one place to get it.

Beach is beautiful. Swimming pool very nice and relaxing . Sunbeds are comfortable and free of charge. Rooms are large, and beds are huge and comfy.

The shower's cabin leaked water to the floor outside. It seems that the door to shower is not properly sealed.

The food was tasty and varied with lots t choose from. The pools and the gardens were nice and clean. Not far from the beach. Free parking.
