Everything was perfect. We couldn't have asked for more.

It was the 4th time for me and my partner to visit Bulgaria. Honestly, Astoria was the best hotel we've stayed in. The food was also excellent. This time my parents joined us. For them it was the first time at an all-inclusive hotel. They were beyond impressed by how welcomed they felt, how comfortable the room was, the food selection and its taste, and the cocktail variety. Thank you for everything!

Good food, very nice SPA with indoor pool, great view over the Black Sea from the outdoor pool area, nice staff, parking area next to the hotel, clean rooms and comfortable beds. The property is at the Black Sea shore, just at the promenade, having excellent position and views. The restaurant terrace has a sea view! Relaxing to enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the morning watching the waves! I highly recommend this hotel!

Nice all in exclusive , but need understanding what a lot people and in bar not perfect clean glasses, in room clean, personal nice , location and everything it’s cool , food also good big choice

I am delighted with this hotel. the location is 10/10 - by the sea, calm, quiet, with fresh sea air. The perfect place to relax! All the staff are very polite and friendly, responsive to my every request. But the icing on the cake is the food! in general, when I have visited hotels with all inclusive, I got the impression that the food is not of high quality. Things are not like that here - everything is uniquely tasty and perfectly cooked. It is obvious that the hotel has invested a lot in the quality of food and drinks. I recommend with both hands!

The drinks- a little strong but personal preference. The Chinese restaurant was closed for season but was not advised before booking. A breakfast plate for early departure set out in the morning was left out from dinner service not refrigerated and took some time to access. I’d think this plan should be revisited as there is a mini fridge in the rooms, a breakfast bag would be more fitting.

Impressive four star. Loved the indoor pool and spa facilities. Food was lovely and the decor was modern and comfortable. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable mattresses. Easy beach access. The pool was easier to access via the seated area than ladder due to mobility issues (unable to use ladders). The area was quiet and peaceful and perfect for couples and special occasions.

The food is 90% the same every day in the main restaurant. The pillows aren’t comfortable at all, I had pain neck.

The hotel was very nice. It has a good position, free parking in this period of time, beach access. Nice room view and a beautiful terrace. Good food in Tokyo restaurant. Great quality vs. money. Definitely, we will come back!

Large rooms with a nice view of the sea, even for side-view rooms. Food was good and plenty. Very close to the beach (15 seconds walk)

I liked the food was good especially the athmosphere of the japanese and ıtalian restaurants. The workers and the bar tenders were very polite and good the system was clean and efficient . I can recommend this stay to everyone!!

The beer is not ok, it is too bitter. Everything else was great. We found a parking slot for the 7 days and around 8 - 8:30 in the morning there were also sunbeds available at the beach. We will come back for sure!

We had a great time. We loved everything! The food was fresh and plenty, the room with the view to the seaside was perfect, the staff was nice and always ready to help for everything we needed. We tried all 3 restaurants, the dinnners were lovely! We really loved our vacation!

- The same morning food, when you stay more days, you don`t know what else to eat in the morning - Kids animation doesn`t worked in all days - Beach staff at 17:50 is approaching you and telling that the beach is working until 18:00 and you must go, which is absolutely nonsense in the summer when you got sunlight until 20:00-21:00. - Very few strong drinks available for "all inclusive", something else is paid ones
