The worst part was the curtains that they were not closing fully so we woke up from the sun every day. Also the breakfast is not a buffet and its a choice of 5 very simple plates. Also the room didnt have a nice view and there are a lot of stairs and not an elevator

The location is amazing right in the middle of the center! The beds are very comfy the room is big the decorations is great and the bathroom amazing!

Bathroom has big vanitory which left not enough space for toilet. Breakfast was a shame. One choice from a list that was not fresh and a cold cup of coffee. Better not offer breakfast.

Large room on 3rd floor by stairs. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Location is perfect on the pedestrian street close to the main attractions of the city.

Climbing up the stairs. But that's nothing major and it is stated in the description so I knew about it beforehand.

The room was great!!! The bed was divine, mattress super comfortable, pillows were amazing. The bathroom was also great, shower cabin huge with huge rain showerhead. Had robe and slippers, toiletries. Minifridge and kettle with a selection of teas and coffee and complementary bottled water. Staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant is very nice, only had breakfast there but you get a discount on meals from the restaurant. And of course the location is ideal for exploring the centre of Plovdiv. If you are staying with children there are toys on each floor. The bed was the highlight for me.

Not that I didn`t like it, as it was clear to me prior to visiting, I am just sharing for people to be informed. Our room was on the 3rd floor and getting there meant climbing a lot of stairs. There was nothing negative for us at this place.

A truly amazing place to stay at. An old house, renovated and in great condition. The room was huge, managed to fit a family of 4 with lots of space to spare. It was really clean, the staff were just wonderful and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. Overall one of the best places I have stayed at recently.

Lack of parking is a big disadvantage. We parked in the parking lot in the square but had to pay 48 Leva per day. That was the only bad thing.

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and spacious. The location was very central as it was on the shopping street.

Excellent breakfast at the restaurant on the ground floor! The location is exactly at the center of the city! Highly recommended! Very clean and spacious suite with view of the paved pedestrian walkway!

The sofa bed was a little squeeky so not ideal for light sleepers. Also, it will be great if there was direct access to the restaurant without having to come out of the hotel.

The suite was spacious and bright with a cozy balcony. There were plenty of toys near reception which was a great surprise for our little one. The restaurant is also good with lovely ambiance and attentive staff.

2nd-floor/side-door Reception not easy to find, initially. The street-level attached restaurant will assist, thanks. BK in restaurant NOT buffet-style; you pre-pick a BK-entree upon arrival - a little wiggy, but tasty. No Lift - travel lightly!

Nice, quiet small hotel, well-situated for exploring historic Plovdiv. In-house Atlas Restaurant nice BK-setting - tho I cannot rate dinner. Plenty of dining options on the picturesque square and along pedestrian shopping area.
