Excellent location on the beach, close to restaurants and shops. Apartment was spacious and clean, with all the needed facilities and the staff was very welcoming and kind.

The pool could have been cleaned a bit more often than once a week, there were no showers at the pool. If the apartment is on the street site there is plenty of noise. The hotel has been build without good isolation and you can hear every car or motorcycle which is passing by, if you have problems to fall at sleep this might not be your place. The beach is 50 meters away but we did not enjoy the beach as it was overcrowded and quite dirty, of course this is not the hotel’s fault, just sharing the impression. There was no stove or possibility to fry anything in our kitchenette, basically just fridge and water cane to heat water, the possibility to prepare food is quite limited. The restaurants around were quite pricy and the quality was not corresponding to the prices. The hotel as such does not offer any possibility for breakfast as the restaurant is closed.

I would have liked tea making facilities in the room and there wasn't many plug sockets.

Brilliant location very close to bars and restaurants. . We had a sea view double room the view was fabulous. Spotlessly clean and comfortable.

Restaurantul nu era deschis..

We spent 5 nights in this amazing place, in a room with the view to the seaside. The rooms were cleaned daily and Lara, the receptionist, was very friendly and helpful. There is also a security guy and parking so you don't have to worry about your car. The holtel has a wonderful pool and the beach is 2 minutes away, just in front of the hotel, the price of 2 sunbeds is 24 leva and the beach is very clean. There are a lot of restaurants around the hotel, the food is very good. Close to the hotel, on the main street there are shops if you want to buy food or drinks, and also a lovely souvenir shop and an exchange in case you need to change money. The old city, Nessebar, is 45 minutes away walk but you can take a bus or your car as well, we preferred to walk and enjoy the walk.

Perfect hotel with the best location right by a beautiful beach with fine sand. The pool was large and well-maintained. We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment. The apartment was spacious and bright, and we had an amazing balcony with a sea view. The staff was very friendly, and we were well taken care of in every way.

Denitsa was incredibly helpful even gave a upgrade to a sea view room as it’s not in season yet and the hotel wasn’t busy. Nothing was too much of an ask could not recommend this hotel enough. Will defiantly be coming back all the staff were so friendly. The location was perfect thank you for a lovely stay.

There is nothing not to like about this complex.

Sea view, swiming pool balcony, bed was beautiful, always need a fridge when you visit warm country. Nice cool drunks in the evening while listening to the waves.

Although the cleaners clean daily, we would have liked some cleaning products like a mop to clean up after we had a shower. We booked the apartment as wanted a kitchen, so we could prepare meals, however this was not allowed which disappointed us a little and wasn't clear in description. Sunbeds around the pool although available could do with updating. The sponge cover was often wet and sun-bleached, which made it look unappealing. On occasion the bed itself was cracked. The sunbeds on the beach were luxurious in comparison but you have to pay for them.

The location of the hotel was excellent. It was a short 20 minute walk into Ravda Centrum or 25 minutes if you take the coast road. There is a great choice of restaurants on the door step, many of which we tried. They keep the hotel immaculate and are always cleaning. The pool is of an adequate size and we could usually find a sunbed. Staff are friendly and helpful, even the security guard who collected our key as we left and we had a part Bulgarian/English/French conversation with. The apartment was big, with a partial sea view. The wetroom was great and water pressure brilliant. Perfect location to the beach.

Nothing, everything was excellent!

Fantastic location, right on the beach with excellent restaurants in close proximity. Our sea view apartment was a good size (for a family of four) and was really clean. Fabulous views to wake up to every morning.

Location of the hotel right next to the sea. There is very nice restaurant located next to the beach which is quite comfortable for families with kids. Personnel is very polite and friendly.

Only one key - this is a deal breaker for us - we constantly have to look for each other to transfer the key to access the room. The beach is great but umbrellas are paid and the rocks right in front of it don’t make it feel like the actual Black Sea. But the water was warm and no waves. It did have seaweeds but it looked like someone was cleaning them daily. We had a group with a number of rooms and some of the rooms had laundry machines and full kitchens while others had nothing. We had an upgraded apartment but no laundry.

The cleaning staff and cleanliness of the hotel; the room views (we had an apartment with beach views). We enjoyed the pool and the two restaurants.
