The rooms are located on a main car street and it was noisy during night.

It was a great location about city center and old touwn. The rooms are modern and new.

Room was a bit small but it was functional. Parking was difficult even with the reserved spots as non-hotel guests were using them...

Excellent location, very close to downtown area, restaurants and shops. Easy check in/out process and friendly and helpful staff.

Only one thing - the shower was a disaster. Water pressure jumped all the time (probably temporary problem with a pump, which has no buffer tank) and in combination with gas water heating it was giving very unpleasant experience 1 second of very low pressure with cols water following with 1 second of high pressure boiling hot water.

Really cozy well organized hotel close to the city center. Room has all the facilities you could think about. Complimentary snacks provided. Self check-in with keyless access. Everything is modern.

The building is tiny and you only have a tiny spiral staircase to get to your room. There was a bad smell coming from the shower drain. The audibility was very high and, as there is no staff on site, you must just hope you’ll get lucky to be there with well-mannered neighbors or deal with them yourself. We were unlucky waking up to drunk screaming at 4AM and listening to someone being sick which is well heard in all the rooms.

Located in the city centre, close to all the sightseeing areas, rooms look nice and clean.

But this time i visited 3-4 of February, when i arrived the room temperature was 15C and it took more than 6h to become 20C. During the summer it is no problem,but for winter I don’t think thats okay, i was freezing. Also the bathroom wasnt clean-the floor was dirty and the toilet bin was half full, I don’t know if i would book third time :(

Booked last moment late in the evening when no other hotel nearby had an open reception. Thanks to the automatic door lock I was able to easily book and enter the hotel.

Had difficulties and stress getting in the building. No phone connection to ask. Had to run up and down 3 times to make our key to work. One of the rooms we were given was not clean. It would be better if somebody was there to help us!

Our room was on the 4th floor and there is no elevator, so if you have diminished mobility this is not a good hotel for you. Additionally, the toilet and shower in our room were broken - with the toilet, every time you flushed the water would spill outside of the toilet. It was honestly ridiculous.

It was good location and close to many tourist attractions. The rooms were small, but comfortable and even through the hotel was staff free, it was easy to navigate everything.

This is my second time staying here. Property has an excellent location and staff are always prompt, accommodating and responsive . The room is efficiently laid out. The small desk is very helpful to organize oneself. Right on the walking street and easy access to all that you might need or forgot at home.Great stay!

Stairs are bit narrow and top floor rooms where the bedroom is like a loft, can be hot during summer.

Aurora Hills Hotel is well situated in the center of Plovdiv, several minutes wallking from Kapana istrict and old town. Very modern and conteporary!
