The showerhead ruined my hole experience off the room

The restaurant of the hotel is not for a 4-star one. The dinner and breakfast were pretty low quality. The receptionists were ukrainian and their bulgarian was not perfect, also were not eager to answer simple questions as "when is the breakfast", "where is the restaurant" (as its not in the same building).

The deluxe apartment was huge and is at fair price.

Sound isollation is bad, you can hear people snooring and cleaners talking in the corridors. In the breakfast you can order only 1 meal - omlet or sandwitch. You cannot get both. For 4 star hotel it is little bit low.

Located not far from highway. Convinient place to stop when trevelling by car. Supermarkets and Mall nearby. Underground parking is also available.

Avenue and Avenue Delux Hotel are opposite each other. The deluxe one is newer but a little more expensive. I think it is a hotel mostly preferred by those who come for business. There were also young athletes camping. A clean, safe and quiet place. There is a parking lot but it can be full. But there is no parking problem. We parked our car in the Kaufland car park right next to the hotel. Kaufland, Ikea, Technopolis, Decathlon and Mall Burgas are very close. Both rooms have a TV and air conditioning. There is also a mini fridge and kettle. The room has a balcony. Burgas center is 10-15 minutes away by car. Breakfast costs 10 leva and although there are not many options, it can be considered sufficient.

The restaurant was occupied by a large school party and unavailable, so your meal was cooked in one building and carried across the street to the Deluxe building. Local idiots use the adjacent Technopolis car park for car meets. High powered cars with super loud exhausts revving their engines and racing around until well after midnight and preventing you from sleeping.

Decent hotel but not outstanding. Nice room and comfortable beds. No cleanliness issues. Tea and coffee making facilities. Bathrobes and slippers also provided. Adequate breakfast.

Regarding the breakfast I think there is plenty of room for improvements, starting with the location and finishing with the diversity.

The location is very convenient for leaving the town as quick as possible. The room is very comfortable. The bed is one of my favorite.

Some parts of the room need some maintenance. The curtains were broken and the shower column The restaurant in front of it was basic but cheap and makes the job The breakfast is also very basic but maybe need some quality improvement

There was confusion between the 2 properties, not clearly made distinct, and also the parking lot was almost full, and a bit difficult to navigate in.

The receptionist was very nice and gave us detailed information how to get to the port with transit.

The elevator button on the third floor was not working during most of our stay, but it isn't a problem if you are young and in good physical condition.

The location of the hotel is good if you want to reach Sunny Beach and other resorts quickly: otherwise, it's far from the center (basically the last building in the city, haha). Staff was polite, especially one young lady (didn't remember her name), she answered all of my questions promptly. Our room was very clean (not perfectly clean though), same goes for the bathroom. Beds were huge and comfortable. Wifi was fast and reliable. The underground parking was empty most of the time, so there is a large number of free spaces for your car. I wouldn't agree with other guests saying that the breakfast is bad: sure, it's repetitive, but definitely not THAT bad. Plus, it was cheap: 10 BGN only, they accept cards, too. Overall, it was a very good experience.

The breakfast was good, but for lunch/dinner the a la carte menu & food were bad & kind of expensive. The restaurant is not in the deluxe hotel, but their smaller counterpart. Probably it will be better as it looked like a new restaurant in the deluxe hotel is almost ready to be launched.

Great hotel, modern furniture, clean rooms, everything was very professional. Had a problem with the AC and the staff was very responsive. Nicely located near a 24h open Metro store, Lidl & Gas Station, just a bit far from the beach.

The hotel was difficult to find, the address 6 Transportna str is not very accurate, the GPS sent the taxi to a different area. The mini bar was empty (maybe it requires a reservation in advance).

Stayed only for one night. Staff is super polite, lobby is clean, room is spacious and clean. Comfortable mattress, AC, phone, TV, hairdryer, slippers, late check out (till noon), perfect.
