The staff was amazing. The location, betwixt the trainstation and center of the city was also good, and it was quiet during the night...wish that I could have stayed longer!

The rooms needed some better cleaning before checkin (found dust in the closet, on the radiators) The beds were lightweight and moved easily as I tried to join them

The rooms were renovated and looked new, the bathroom had a good size and the location was close to our points of interest.

You may hear the doors of your neighbors open and close. But it is a family hotel with just a few rooms. Not a down side, just a fact.

The attitude of staff was great. Willing to go an extra mile. Really remarkable. Very clean. Rooms beautifully furnished. Bathroom and shower very functional. I would definitely go there again.

There's no breakfast available, but nearby hotel you can find many restaurants and cafes. Hotel staff was very helpful. The location is good but be aware that during weekends there's loud music from nearby club.

Reception closes at 8pm, which is quite early. No breakfast option.

Excellent location in central Shumen. Spacious, comfortable room with a useful desk to work at. Clean and tidy. Powerful shower. Seemed very good value for what it was. Lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. Parking available right outside.

Well WiFi didn't work properly, so if you want good Wi-Fi go to OMV pump station which is nearby.

Well it's 20min from bus station and 25min from train station depends on luggage(KG). Near hotel is Bila big supermarket, coffee shops, fast food, Coffee machines plenty and cheap. Clean room, clean wc,refrigerator.

Check in was a bit later then on the website - and my room was across a bar but it closed at a reasonable hour (it was on Monday so YMMV)

Minor comment that we had to pay 5lv for parking in front of the building

Beds were super comfy, location is central and helped us get around the city center on foot. The place was spotless clean.

The room was clean a s cozy. The staff had already turned the AC before I arrived so it was quite warm. The location is 6-7 minutes by foot from the city centre. Overall great value for money, I would visit again if I ever have to travel to Shumen.

It was difficult for us to get along because the lady at the reception did not speak English. In my opinion, every receptionist needs to know a little bit of English, which is a shortcoming for today. In addition, we parked our car in the parking lot, but the same officer warned us, he only said that we should get a little closer to the car in front, I found it unnecessary to be warned for this. Apart from that, the hotel was better than a 3-star hotel in terms of comfort, the breakfast could have been better.

It was too noisy, we could hear people in the next room talking till late. The light from the starecase was seen from the room, maybe to seal better the doors.

Everything was locked up at 2pm when I arrived at the arranged check in time. I had to go to a nearby shop for assistance, and they rang the advertised number for someone to come and open up. Wifi was very poor, continually cutting out then reconnecting. TV had limited channels and all with poor reception

We paid for parking but that simply means parking on the street in front of the hotel. There is no breakfast option (although it was advertised) so we were told to go to the bar across the street, itself not serving breakfast. We managed to eat a below average ham and cheese sandwich there, and they do make very nice coffee. The largest problem was sound insulation. We were all the way down the corridor and still could hear the staff chatting as if we were there. So forget about privacy. The pillows were very low quality.
