I didn't like that it advertises that they have children playing equipment outdoors but in reality there are only lounges for adults. In the apartment you did not have enough dishes or cooking utensils.

I liked the house, the closeness to the beach, and the staff. It was really quiet and the beds were cozy.

Jana was amazing. She has a positive vibe that makes us feel very comfortable. Her house is fantastic because it is clean, modern, and cozy. She cleaned the room every day. I will definitely come again because it's very close to the Balchik seafront and beach.

The house is located in the middle of a hill and walking to it may be a challenge for some people who don't like walking on steep streets. It was ok for me, but just to note it...

Everything during my short stay in this guest house was perfect. Zhana was an excellent host and gave me nice recommendations what to do in Balchik.

Excellent host, very friendly. We arrived very late due to traffic but that was not an issue for the host. The place is beautiful, with a nice garden where you can sit and have breakfast(which was also excellent). The bathroom had guest packages with q-tips and makeup removal pads, aside from the usual shower gel, shampoo and sewing kit.

My only criticism is that it is located on a steep climb from the town, not a problem for us but if you have difficulty walking its not for you.

The location (neighborhood) is not great. Given everything else was 10+ it is still worth a solid 10 overall and would love to visit the place again.

Pretty much everything was top-notch. The house is as beautiful as it gets - the design, the garden, the common space and the apartment. Everything, everywhere is clean and taken care of. The host at the place is the nicest person, helps with everything, gives good advices, is very communicative (especially with kids) and provides great housekeeping. Kids won’t stop talking about her :)

The location is very nice, super clean, about 10 min away from the sea and walking center. Ms Jana, the host, was super nice! She does not know much English, but the little she knows she makes jokes, she helped whenever needed (the safe had a locking issue for a while), the breakfast she was making was very good and fresh on the spot. Would definitely stay there if we go back to Balchik.

The property was very chic, very clean, tastefully decorated, the room was big and spotless, AC worked perfectly. The host was incredibly nice, very helpful, very kind to my kid :) we will definitely come back.

The house and the garden are very beautiful! Each room has very comfortable bed, big wardrobe and bathroom! The kitchen is also fully equipped and we could use it anytime. We are very happy with our stay there as the host was very nice and friendly!

The mattress was really unconfortable( spring and ultra soft) and showering was really difficult , as hot water pressure was really low.

Large balcony with some nice views although balcony is not completly private ( has no separation wall with the neighbouring one)
