The two rooms we had had very high windows, so no views and a little claustrophobic. There is an extra charge for breakfast tea/coffee, which seems a little over the top as most hotels offering breakfast don't charge. The WiFi is dismal, so I had to share my mobile Internet with the group.

The location is very nice with the river very close by. Surrounded by the mountains ⛰️ The spar facilities are small but suitable to recharge your internal batteries 🔋 Breakfast was plentiful to start your day.

Be aware that if you order tea, coffee, or bread/toast, etc, at breakfast, there will be additional costs. On booking, we were given a price of 109.95 Leva for the one night, but on paying, we were told the price was 129 Leva. If you have a room on the top floor, there's no elevator, so if mobility is an issue, I'd contact the hotel prior to booking a room. The patio doors in the spar were locked 🔒 I pointed out it's a fire escape violation as there was no fire door either. No action was taken. It's a shame as it would also be nice to have some fresh mountain air after the sauna, etc.

Beautiful location in the mountains ⛰️ the spar is open from 14:00 - 20:00 which is very great. The spar steam room and sauna are small but very good. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room we had didn't have a view, but it was clean and comfortable. The pool is inviting with plenty of sunbeds available.

The beautiful location and we were lucky to have the entire place to ourselves. The manager handled us for the most part and he was honestly the best part. He solidified that we will come back again!

Additional 20BGN per night for our child’s bed was requested which was unexpected. The location is used for people to come in on Friday and leave Sunday, drinking up to the middle of the night without a regard for other visitors’ rest is apparently normal for these two nights, so if you’d like to rest, go there not on weekends.

Food was very good, but lacked diversity. Had a nice stay, everything was fine.

There was no chairs or table on the terrace. But that was not a big problem for us.

The size of the room was amazing, it also had a good-sized balcony and very comfy beds + a lot of storage room. We liked the interior design as well, a lot of wood and stones, earthy materials, and tones. The bathroom was also very big and clean.

Only thing wrong was the fact that there were very inconsiderate people in the hotel, purposely banging doors, not controlling their kids running in the halls after 2300… but that of course is not the hotel’s fault.

Rooms were clean, facilities were comfy, beds were great, my wife and daughter had an awesome time in the pool and eating tasty food. We had a long road trip (10 days) prior to this location, so we had low hopes, but this turned out to be the only place where all of us agree that we’re coming back.

They lost our Booking reservation, which has never happened to me before. After driving 2.5 hours we arrived and they had no knowledge of our booking and told us they were booked out, with no explanation as to how this could happen. They could only fit us in to a small room with single beds and a slit of a window at the roof line - not the premium room with a balcony we’d reserved. Also the walls are paper thin - I could hear the man next door blowing his nose, talking, everything. Breakfast was okay but no eggs, no berries - just a continental type meal.

The staff member (Peter) was incredibly nice and helpful in fixing our lost reservation situation. The food in the restaurant was very high quality. The atmosphere in the forest is beautiful! They have a tennis court, and right next to the property (east direction) is a lovely circular forest hike path where you can view many deer. Wifi actually worked fine for us, we were streaming Netflix okay in our room.

Had to ask staff to turn on the SPA facilities every time we wanted to use it and different staff would turn some of the facilities on and not all. Food menu was not various and quite pricey.

The place has so much potential, but we were utterly disappointed in every possible way - small unmaintained rooms, half-functioning spa facilities, no adequate outdoor seating, and apparently coffee is not included in the breakfast 🤯 I’ve never seen staff so disempowered and clueless. Feels like no one properly briefed them on how to do the most basic things around the property (such as correcting mistakes they’ve made in ordering at the restaurant, or where the outdoor seating is kept). The most basic and trivial of questions seem to cause massive confusion and irritation. There was only one person (waiter with arm tattoos) who attempted to compensate for the string of mess ups and showed some understanding and professionalism. The rooms did not match at all what we had booked through booking.com - they were extremely modest and dated and did not at all match the price range. When one of the bathroom doors got stuck it triggered an hour long search for a key by the staff, but apparently that was a "known issue" (?!?). What I found particularly unpleasant was how worn the bathrobes were. While they did not look dirty, mine had a hole on its pockets and the belt looked like it had been chewed by a dog (see pictures). There was no comfortable place to sit outside. None of the sun beds or hammock from the pictures were there. At the spa, there were no towels anywhere, the place wasn’t vacuumed for ages, there was a fly cemetery along the windows. The water in the jacuzzi was completely cold. There was an abandoned bar and no place to get any water or other drinks. All in all - do not come here. The nature is nice, but the place is massively overrated and extremely frustrating as an experience.

Idyllic nature with rabbits and deer behind the property. The spa area has a lot of potential with sun beds near the French windows facing the lovely garden. It features an experience shower and relax room with a fireplace.

Our reservation was not found, we were given a different room, which did not have heating the whole night (5-6 degrees Celsius outside), no additional blankets, no air conditioning (no remote for the air conditioner) and there was a pig outside that kept us awake all night. Soundproof is a joke. Only spent a single night and cancelled the rest.

The location is very good, and staff are very friendly.

The staff was very slow. We arrived at 7pm and our room was still not ready. We had to wait for 45minutes to get the keys. There were no even "sorry". The room was on the parking lot, it had no number and they couldn't charge our dinner bill on the room. I have asked for queen bed in advance and even have received a positive answer from them - yet there were two single beds with the most uncomfortable mattresses - we could easily feel the metal springs inside. There were no air conditioner (even tho in booking says "air conditioned room") and the window was very small, so we couldn't let any air in. It was quite a small room - so not even a chair, no shampoos, not even a soap to wash hands.... And it was very noisy - screaming people and kids - at least till midnight. After all the price doesn't match the conditions! They gave us the room for 80lv instead of 90lv, but I wouldn't pay more than 50lv for that kind of room!

The nature in the area is very pretty. They have nice garden with benches. The staff at the restaurant was nice!

Biggest issue was that the staff, was very rude and unpleasant. It was noisy, doors are not sound proof, you can hear everything from the coridors and neighbours. Electricity shut down a couple of times during the day, not cool if you are under the shower.

Room was very clean and bed was confortable. Interior of the lobby and room was better than average in the region. There is playground and pool.
