The hotel was great - clean rooms, delicious food in the restaurant. However, the only thing we did not like from our stay was the cold water in the pool.

Poor identification - it's difficult to be sure you are at the right place when arriving. Extremely poor restaurant menu for the prices, when not all inclusive. No fridge and mini bar at the room. When kids around, there are in your room too.

Bed is pretty old and also in the bathroom some things should be fixed.

Beautiful location on top of the hill. Nice pool area and good restaurant. Interior is a little bit old but clean and still more or less in good shape. Staff doesn't really speak English apart from one guy at the reception. This made things a little complicated. Breakfast was great.

Firstly This not A luxury hotel And The rooms Are very small. The balcony’s have space for one chair, The only hotel where I have stayed All over The world where There is No kettle in The rooms, No small refrigerator In the rooms, The spa facility’s Are certainly not Brilliant , The sauna Had to be turned on for Us. Very cold, water in The pool inside Had Dead fly’s inside,, They wanted 15 Bulgarian lev for A jacuzzi for 30 mins. Even though we Had payed 130 Bulgarian lev for one night. Breakfast in The morning was very poor small selection And cheap coffee And juice, overall experience was not Great And would not recommend This hotel.

Unfortunately I didn't like the spa center. The pool was okay but the sauna wasn't hot enough and there was no steam bath. Tha salt room was not really a salt room, just a wall with several bricks covered with salt. Also they didn't gave us spa robes. Last but not least, our room was right next to the hallway door and it was so noisy that when we were in our room, we felt like someone is entering our room.

I liked the room we stayed in, the bed was big and comfy, it was warm and the view was wonderful. The breakfast was okay. .

There isn't enough space in the double room. The maids only come by once and if you are in the room and it is not convenient for them to clean they just don't come back. For dinner time there isn't enought tables for all of the guests and you have to wait, also you have to wait for a long time to order drinks or for food. ( not enough staff) The food was greasy and mostly fried. The massage therapist does not take into account the force of the pressure during the massage, complains all the time that she is very busy and you have no chance to relax. One of the showers in the spa area is broken, the relax area is small and unpleasant because of mold. Bathrobes are paid separately. There were no shampoos, soap, hair dryer in the room.

The restaurant is not a part of the hotel, as it might be advertised. The restaurant can't be paid with credit/debit cards, charges cannot be made to the room itself, only cash is accepted. The facilities included are too few, and there is no Turkish bath. There is an indoor hot pool(guests complained about getting rashes from it), sauna, salt room. Jacuzzi is not included in the room charge, it is separately paid for. If you are looking for a Spa place to stay at, better check the ones surrounding it.

The hotel has a beautiful location on top of the hill above the city, surrounded by a pine grove. Lots of parking spaces. The rooms are very warm in the winter, the heater is almost unnecessary at times. Good staff, normal clean environment.

The rooms are too small and without proper furniture, the swimming pool is too small for the number of the guest, and it was extremely dirty. The wait time in the restaurant for receiving your meal was 25 minutes, there was no option for payment with a card.

in the bathroom the lamp was photocell, for 3 nights stay there is no cleaning a little bit far from the centre of Velingrad

the room is ok, clean, we didn’t use the spa so i know nothing about it, good view and smell of pine trees friendly staff

Service in restaurant was pathetically slow. There were around 3 vegetarian dishes available and we had to wait 40 minutes for a plate of bland fries. Not to even mention the fact it took the waiter 30 minutes to even notice us Furthermore sleeping in the hotel proved to be practically impossible. Between our thin walls, loud neighbors and searing heat, we had to sleep with a window open in December. Also the beds were made out of stone, or so it seemed. Bathroom was also poor, with the shower basically broken and heating, once again, turned up to eleven.
