On the first day of our stay it was very cold despite the heating being on

The apartment is located in the very center of Sofia. It is very close to the stores and other sights of the city. The apartment is very well equipped. Great and quick contact with the owner of the property.

These are just minor issues, but here goes: 1) The comforter wasn't already on the bed and we didn't notice it was in a closet with a bunch of other extra bedding until the second night, so we were a little cold the first night. 2) We appreciate the free coffee capsules but think it would have been even nicer to have been given one for each of us for each night (morning) we were there rather than the two we received.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The place was just as described in the pictures. We made good use of the kitchen, coffee maker, and washing machine. All three of us slept well, on the bed and on the sofa. We had nice hot showers and were very comfortable sitting in the living room. The host was very responsive whenever we had questions. The location is fantastic. We stayed two nights but gladly would have stayed longer had the apartment not been booked already and I would definitely stay there again if I ever went back to Sofia!

fantastic location in sofia, 10 minutes walk from all major monuments and vitosha avenue, also from main train station. the apartment itself was very well designed with thought to small details and all the facilities a family could ask, also for cooking own meals. overall great value and location for touring sofia

Toilet is small and especially the small sink makes it hard to properly wash your face (but is separate from shower which is good and quite spacious).

Great place for a great price. I didn't use many amenities except the coffee machine (can buy capsules from the Billa supermarket which is 10 min away). Loved the many power plugs conveniently placed around the house and the quirky design of the flat. Balcony it's also nice and it'll be much better with some nice chairs there (view is to the interior courtyard, green and peaceful). Location is busy during the day but once the shop close at 7-8 PM it becomes deserted.

My experience could have been vastly improved if the customer service had been more attentive during my stay. A few timely replies and personalized messages would have made a significant difference, rather than the impersonal automated responses I received. Unfortunately, when faced with serious issues, it seemed I couldn't rely on the host for assistance. Effective communication is crucial in the hospitality industry, and it's disappointing that this aspect was lacking in my experience. While the host was diligent in reminding me of check-out procedures and house rules, they were unresponsive when I raised concerns about two key issues in the apartment: the absence of an iron and a missing light in the bathroom. Instead of addressing these concerns, the host remained silent. To compound matters, when someone was sent to inspect the bathroom light without notice, it was at an inconvenient time, leaving me unprepared. Furthermore, the issue was not resolved, as the inspector merely confirmed the problem without fixing it. A simple message or apology from the host could have eased the situation, but none was forthcoming.

mattress had a terrible smell (everybody must have sweated on that mattress), no matter how many times i washed the dishes it still smelled bad ao slept on the couch. bathroom is separate from toilet. not a problem until you realize the shower has an uneven floor so every tike you shower, no matter how long you leave the window open, the black floor with white groves will turn brown due to fungus. the toilet area was so small i could not sit without touching the side of the sink with my shoulder. now as facilities go, for 500 euro and - 10 day stay, i would have expected the guy to leave at least a little clothes washing detergent, but he was so stingy he left nothing. only thing that was left for us to use was a single dish washing tablet and a small body/hand/shampoo soap (was not enough for 10 days). he was even stingy with the toilet paper (2rolls where left for us). also the area is rly bad, i lived in bulgaria for 5 years and when i arrived and realized i was living near shenski baraz i freaked. i can not go outside comfortably at night as the area is quite bad. never ever staying there again!
