We liked the hotel.

This is a city hotel which is centrally located and offers good value for money. The room, breakfast, and parking place - everything was provided as it was initially offered. The staff is very friendly and helping. It is a very recommendable hotel as it is probably the best one in Kurdzhali.

We had some technical problems...with the TV, in the bathroom...

The location is perfect/ what I needed/, the style of furniture is romantic and comfortable. We had only BB and the breakfast was tasty and rich. I am alergic to the coffeine, and it was offered to me herb tea. Thank you guys, you are wonderful!

We wanted to have a dinner at the restaurant we waited more than 1 hour for the salads. But the food was delicious.

Location is in the center of the city. Everywhere can be reachable on foot. The breakfast is not bad.

Booking was for 4 ppl, the towels were for 2, there was only soap pump on the wall, no other consumables. The breakfast is on set menu, not big enough, the drinks at breakfast are payable. Not enough parking slots, they ask us to leave the car on abandoned parking close to the hotel.

The personnel does not speak, nor understand English. It is very hard to understand each other when you don't have a common language. - The checkin process took more than one hour. - Breakfast does not include coffee, nor tea. They are extra cost. - We requested an extra bed for our 4 year old son and we received a baby cot (for babies). - Very small parking lot.

They have a room with toys and it's very useful for kids. - Clean rooms, bedsheets and towels. - Good breakfast (excepting the fact that coffee or tea are not included). - The possibility to eat at the hotel's restaurant. - Good value for the money.

All was fine, just the pillow was not my favourite. Some may say breakfast could offer more but for a BG in the countryside where is not full of visitors I would say it is a decent one.

Excellent location, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Pancakes at the breakfast were like in my childhood. The food at the restaurant was very delicious.

Views from balcony were of other buildings. Staff didn't really interact at all, but maybe that had to do with a language barrier. I had the feeling they do mean well. Parking can be troublesome; it's free on the street, but you might end up two blocks down the road. No matter, it felt safe anyway. Only real downside for me was the lack of proper light-blocking curtains. Being summer meant the room was lit at 5 a.m.

Quiet room in a very central location. Many breakfast options with good tea and coffee. Comfy bed, clean bathroom. Really good value for money! There was an issue with payment, but it was all solved with a smile and understanding. Would come again. Oh, and the airco was working perfectly and super cold!

The room was a bit narrow. The TV set was too small. But as a city hotel it was OK.

The location is perfect - a couple of hundred meters from city center. The breakfast was delicious with wonderful Turkish tee and Turkish coffee.

There were little details that could be improved - there was a lamp in the hallway that kept going on and off all night, we could hear the TV in the other room. All in all, nothing too significant.

The hotel is clean and warm, the towels are changed every day. The breakfast was good - served quickly and offering several options. The staff is helpful.

The receptioner and the waiters don't know english and it was very hard to understand each other. The manager of the hotel helped us.

The room and the bathroom were clean. And we also liked the smell of the room and of the shower gel :) - Towels and bed sheets were clean. - We asked for an extra bed for the child and we received one without extra pay. - The breakfast was ok (not very large portions, but good and enough). Coffee was extra (only tea included). - Location was good - close to city center. The view from the balcony not excellent. - Ok for the money we payed.

We had a very noisy fridge in our room which made it difficult for us to sleep properly. Also there was the external AC unit on the balcony that did the same. They could do with more options for the morning breakfast it isn't a buffet style breakfast.

The staff was super, the food at the restaurant was excellent. The stay was relaxing we stayed for one night on our way to Greece. Will definitely come back.

The room was very clean and comfortable, quiet but 5 minutes walk to the centre, near restaurants and parks and the staff were very helpful with arranging a taxi to Perperikon and keen to assist with any queries. A really good stay.

communication with the staff; lack of professionalism; lack of responsiveness when I have placed 20 calls to the reception and lobby bar but no one ever bothered to pick up the phone; the staff has turned the hotel into their lids playground with their personal toys all around the ground floor. definitely better similar price options with much more experienced service at this price range; for the price the overall experience is unacceptable.

The hot water in the room was interrupted. There were times, especially in the evening, when you couldn't take a bath. Breakfast was not good.
