Small, cozy and beautiful room with full fridge in the middle of the park and free parking! Near hotel, a great restaurant (Marche) and a disco night club (Horizont Club) with ATM and the Bunite beach with many beach bars. I will be back for sure in the summer!

Parking lot could have been mentioned more detailed, since there´s a private parking which has to be crossed to access the free hotel parking.

Nice and shiny Hotel at the Varna park area. We enjoyed the quiteness, had a walk in the park and a walk to the city center of Varna.

Location, comfortable bed and strong water pressure

Good location, within the big park called Sea Garden, with clean air, away from the traffic noise, but not so distant, as the bus station and the main road are 5 min away. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure was very good. The amenities - soap, shampoo etc with good quality. We stay out of season (February) so not sure how busy will get in the summer - regarding the noise

There were no facilities in the room for making coffee or tea. Due to New Year's Eve, there was no cleaning service but this wasn't a specific problem for us. Even though the hotel is cosy and it looks very nice, it may be more of a summer destination and it is not very suitable for the winter time. We want to report a telephone interaction we had immediately after we booked the room. We received a call "for confirmation" from reception, but first, they mentioned that the price we booked was not the right price, and the triple room was more expensive (?). Second, someone else booked the same room, at the same time, and they want it to confirm our reservation. Eventually, the problem was solved, but still, the discussion was unpleasant.

The room was private and cosy, with immediate access to the backyard and the main Varna park. We enjoyed the fact that two or three restaurants were close by and also the sea promenade and beach in immediate proximity. We didn't interact much with the personnel at the arrival, but they gave us all the information we needed for our stay.

The breakfast (not provided by the hotel) and every place opens only from 9 o’clock and until then you can get a coffee only from street coffee machines. In the weekend the music from the club nearby is quite loud.

The location is very good, taking in account that there is a lovely beach about 10 minutes walking-distance. The room is as shown in the pictures and we had the pleasure that they moved our room next to our friends to be closer. Also, it was very clean and spatious, everyday cleaning and towel change was done. The staff is exceptional and very helpful! The massage was extraordinary and would recommend it as a must! Also, the parking is right across the road from the hotel. The garden has a lot of green and breathable air in a middle of the park.

The restaurant and bar, and the friendly waiting staff who arranged the vegan breakfast for our daughter each morning during our stay. Great location in the sea garden. Easy walking distance to the beach and local restaurants along the seafront.

- To be honest I cannot find anything negative to say about this place, everything is as it should be - Warning for the ladies with high heels, don't break your ankles on the steep stairs and cobble stone areas leading to the reception and the rooms :)

- This place is the perfect location if you want to discover the Varna Sea Gardens - close to the Dolphinarium and the zoo, plenty of restaurants around and walking distance to the beach - The rooms are amazing - not very big, but very comfortable and clean - Parking is available for free - The hotel is part of a big complex with plenty of restaurants and event hall

The beach near the place was small and not very good maintenance.

The resort was very nice with the nice view, full o vegetation with everything inside. I will definitely go there again if I will travel in Bulgaria other time.

I believe the hotel is open only during the season, so the rooms (at least the room we stayed in) don't have centralized heating. There's an Air Conditioner that can heat the room, but the flow of air can be annoying. In the summer this won't be a problem. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Great location, friendly staff, clean and quiet. It's our second stay here and we loved it. We'll definitely come back.

Its was so so cold! The aircon couldn’t warm up the room so it was loud and very cold all night we couldn’t sleep. And a window next to the bed with no shades on was making the room light. And there was a problem with the breakfast that the Marche staff didnt want to help with. But the staff at the hotel was great!
