We would advice to rent a car (we had one) to do your shoppings. Furthermore only minor things: a toilet roll holder would be useful, the children were sleeping on the couch in the living room but not every curtain was a blackout curtain so they wake up very early.

Almost everything was great, we would stay here again. We come for over 15 years in Bulgaria but this accomodation is one of the best! Good beds, nice host, clean and well maintained complex, beautiful designed. Beach to be reached by stairs (5 min). Car can be parked behind the fence and there are security camera's to keep an eye on the environment.

There were a few times WiFi went down due to bad weather that harmed the fiber, one time that there was water shut down due to unknown reasons, despite that every approach to the manager was very pleasant and well quickly responsive. She even supplied a galon of water for our use.

The location is perfect, between Varna and Golden sands, it's quite and very nice The room is well organized, nice decorated and well treated. All appliance looks brand new. It's just a couple of minutes walking from Kabakum beach which is beautiful, next to the mini-market and bus stop to both directions There's a wonderful pool, the kids love it so much and could spend a few hours there.

It was very clean when we checked-in, but then there is no cleaning during the stay. My recomendation is to have a cleaning services at least every second day of the floor...and if new towels are needed.

The property was new and well maintained. Nice garden areas, nice pool. There is all you might need for a longer stay - full kitchen apliances, waching machine, coffee maker (with provided capsules), iron, hairdryer etc.

The villas are very nice- in a very quiet location with sea views from upper floors and beautiful patios for ground floor apartments. Everything was really nice and I will certainly come back.Pool was amazing.

We found this property after checking number of hotels and villas around and it was perfect match for us with a daughter. The property itself specious and were built to the best specifications, the pool was very good size. The salt was used in the pool rather than chlorine and it makes af if you are swimming in the sea. But you would need a car to get around. Veronica has been the excellent host answering all our questions and guiding us the right direction. I would certainly come again!

We stayed in one of the apartments and it was amazing! It is obvious that the place is brand new, very clean and maintained in the best way possible. The whole Buenavista gives off the feeling of peace and luxury. The owners must have put a lot of effort into creating the villas and it shows. The pool was very nice and clean. The people managing the place were super kind and friendly. The area is quiet and near a few beaches. What is more, the view is breathtaking for sure. There is anything you might need stocked in the apartment - fully equipped kitchen, fresh towels, iron, blow dryer etc. Everything was more than pleasant and I would definitely visit again!

The view from the balcony. In the morning you can see the sunrise from the sea…and it is magnificent. The villa is equipped with everything you need for a family, it is clean and looks really nice.

Amazing place! Everything was clean and also looks like the same as the provided pictures. The view from the terrace is magical. The owner is very classy lady with with a great attitude towards his guests. The complex is build by love, quality materials and stylish interior. Also the pool has a great purification system and the water is extremely clean.
