The pathway to the beach is steep and not in great shape (outside of the complex). You have to be careful going down, especially with children.

Very friendly and nice hosts. The houses are very well maintained. General area around the are was nice and quiet, also kind of wild nature. There is a restaurant with the complex, which offers relatively narrow choice of dishes, but all were local fresh produce, so pretty nice.

We loved everything about our stay at Blue Summer Houses : the location, the cleaness,the bungalow with the best view of the sea and the list can go on. We arrived at the location and we were greeted with warmth by Desislava who was an amazing host. When we first arrived,both me and my husband we were feeling sick from heat stroke and Desislava was very kind and made us some toast and some light food to eat and checked on us from time to time during our stay. The location is very close to a quiet beach (5 minutes walk) and also has it's own little bar with tasty food and nice atmosphere. We would definitely return here 😊

We have nothing to complain!

The little house is amasing. We have the house right by the sea with a beautiful view, in the forest, surrounded by trees. The house is great for a weekend and definetly for a big vacation. You can hear the waves from the room, a bohemian and relaxing atmosphere. It is the perfect place to relax, to enjoy and to listen the waves from the terrace and also from the room. The terrace is ideal for morning coffee, to sit în the evening with a glass of wine surrounded by trees and the sound of the sea. The room is cozy, nicely deocorated, it has a little window wich you can see the sea. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is perfect. We had a small fridge like a mini bar, perfect for drinks and some fruits. The yard is beautiful and you have a lot of trees around you. You can take all the meals on their terrace, they have delicious dishes and good prices. The beach is speachless with wonderful views, only 50-100 meters from the houses. I think this accomodation is perfect for the whole year, not only during the summer. And Desislava Dusheva, the Manager, a kind and a friendly lady, she made our stay beautiful. All the staff are nice people, communicative and ready to help you any time. We thank you all ! Definetly we'll come back again.

In early May there was construction work going on just nearby. The access road is quite bumpy.

The location was gorgeous with amazing view, also the little houses which are perfect for kids. The hosts were very nice and helpful, we really had a great time and we hope to return some other time. The resort has a parking place which was pretty safe. There is a restaurant inside the resort so we had breakfast and also dinner. The only thing that was not expected was the fridge which actually was not cooling at all so we had to keep our cheese in the bathroom :D. But the restaurant does its job so we didnt actually need to buy the extra cheese. Also we couldn't use the TV, I am not sure why (maybe the cable was not installed) but I believe that this issue will be solved by the time the next guests arrive (we stayed here in June).

The house has everything you need; there is also a restaurant which has great food. the location is very nice, there is a beautiful beach there and the water is perfect. we enjoyed the property very much. we travelled with a 4 uears old child and it was perfect for her.

Although it does not concern the property because it is a public road - the access to the beach is steep and broken. You have to be careful with small children.

A very beautiful place to stay. The houses have a nice design and are well maintained. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The beach is a few minutes away and is not crowded. Each house has its own terrace- shade, hammock. We really enjoyed the time here.

Recommended. The hosts were friendly and helpful, it was very calm, pure relax, just few meters from the beach. The beach was not crowded, it had a bar too. We were with a 3 y. o. kid and all was perfect.

Everything is new and clean. Nice assimetrism of the bungalows offers intimacy, beautiful zone in the forest, between trees. Lots of shadow. Clean Air, sea can be seen. Silence, nature. Clean water, small or no waves, perfect for snorkeling, long beach, different tipes of sand. Great location, 20km until center of Varna, light traffic with great View of port and the city.

Improving WiFi if possible.

Amazing experience. I have never thought that a bungalow can be as well equipped and clean as these bungalow camp ground was. From the reservation process and welcome conversation with the admin of the company, through the amazing and chatty host Dessi, the politeness of the cleaning personnel - all was wonderful and thank you! The bungalow had all needed - clean and comfortable beds, A/C, mini fridge, clean and very nice bathroom with hot water. The snack bar was open throughout the day and late evening with nice music, rich menu with drinks and absolutely amazing kitchen with delicious goods - the eggplant in tomato sauce and mekitzi were to die for. Definitely going back. Definitely!

Nothing

The location has a great balance of being secluded enough to be calm and quiet, but close to everything needed. The view from bungalow 6's deck is top notch. The bungalows are obviously brand new, comfortable and more than roomy enough for a couple with a small child. The closest beach is less than 2 min walk though it ends in some steep stones, so it's not for everyone. Another great beach is reached by a 20-30 min hike on a marked trail in the surrounding woods. But the best think about :Blue Summer are definitely the people running the bungalows and the snack bar - always going the extra mile to accommodate you better and suit your every need or want! Looking forward to our next visit!

Just some advice for the developers not just at that particular place but for all the bungalows, houses, campings and locals too. There need to taken responsibility from all for the environment and team up with some organisations to castrate the numerous cats population at the area since this is the only way to control it. Please do, I love cats and they are amazing, gentle and smart animals, but also way too efficient predators that need to be controlled not just ignored. Also there could be done more development on the path to the beach. It could be challenging for people with little children or some senior people to get to the beach. Please don’t just poor concrete on top and mask it but listen, work and follow nature, so much more beautiful and environmentally wise.

Beautiful and quiet location, the forest keep the whole place cool while you are still just few meters from the beach with lovely beach bar. The little houses are new, clean and comfortable, close together but still private. Place is constantly developing and there’ll be more additions over the next couple years including hotel. Hopefully there will be not too much building and they’ll manage to keep it all natural because that is the real charm of this place. For the nature and trek lovers from there is starting wonderful eco path throughout forest and beaches of 16km till river Kamchia. If you decide to do the trek make sure you wear comfortable shoes and clothing and bring some food and water. There is a lovely little restaurant with tasty food, at the start of the trek where you can stop and fuel up. The forest have great population of cats and they are absolutely cute and gentle, looking for cuddles, food and water. People working there are wonderful and very friendly, smiley and always ready to help or give advice.

The only thing I didn't like, but it is quite important, was the closest beach to the property. I was small, smelly, dirty and yet full of people.

The property is great. The houses are new, clean and comfortable as well as the furniture inside. The restaurant they have is a good one. And the staff was very nice and welcoming!
