The room is surprisingly big. It's also clean and somehow comfy. Close to the mainstation with quite some bars around.

Fantastic location very close to city centre, train and bus station and 10 minute walk from the beach, beautiful, spacious suite and view, bathtub, restaurant on the top floor.

the fan of the central air conditioning was so noisy in that room I couldn't hear my thoughts. the hotel advertises "parking" but there is no parking and you have to go around to find a spot in the blue zone and you're notified about this "after" the fact and that is very annoying not only with this hotel, but also other hotels in Bulgaria and they kinda turned that into a habit. I don't want to be told "we don't have a parking for you" on the front desk just remove "parking" from your list of facilities please also in the bathroom floor there was a missing piece and a sharp sticking construction thing which has to be fixed

It was in a very central location. The staff was extremely helpful and they helped us a lot. If you are traveling by car, you can park in front of the hotel.

No air cons. They said I had to pay extra for air cons. It was uncomfortably hot. I think it was expensive for what is was.

It is a 3* hotel in my opinion, though on paper it covers the prerequisites for 4*. The bathroom was clean but it needs renovation, because it looks a little bit dirty from the tiles being old by now. The lighting in the bathroom is also quite dim which makes shaving for a man a bit difficult. And the mirror had some rust on it (needs renovation as mentioned above). It is also small. The room itself is quite small. Definitely not what most 4* hotel rooms we've been to are like. The breakfast included was very basic. A table with pastries, one with some cornflakes, and a table with sausages and eggs and sliced tomatoes and cucumbers. Some of the products were below average quality, others were OK. The staff don't know how to issue an invoice for a reservation made and paid through booking. There were ladies from 2 shifts who didn't know how to handle that and since it was a weekend, the manager wasn't there.

The location is very central. The beds are very comfortable. It is clean. There is breakfast included. The restaurant for breakfast is in the top floor and there's a good view of the city from there. The staff was polite.

The balcony was way too small. It was only space for one person to stand up, so not a real balcony.

I didn't like that you had to decide on your breakfast the night before. Being asked to wait while they checked if I lied about using the mini bar. I just ignored them and left.

This hotel is clean, comfortable, the breakfast is amazing with plenty of variety. It's just across the road from the train station so good stop off if you're travelling.

there was a few things missing for a four star hotel. The choice of beverages was poor, only two T bags both fruit flavours and two sachets of 3 in 1 coffee and my wife doesn’t like sugar in her coffee. No milk for tea and only tap water, unless you paid for the water in the mini bar. The small balcony advertised with the room was just about big enough for one person to stand on. The curtains in our room wouldn’t close so they moved us to another room, and the curtains in there still didn’t fully close. The WiFi in the room was just about good enough for our phones but not enough to operate my laptop. There was no plug in the sink to enable a decent facility to have a shave.
