There is nothing bad to say about the hotel. Maybe only the frequency of the airport transfer to departure could improved to be every 15 or 20 minutes rather than an hour.

The hotel is conveniently situated near the airport and near the exit to the highway to Plovdiv. Breakfast is sumptuous and with a variety of healthy juices, fruits, and homemade yogurt that are suitable for vegetarian guests. The room is super spacy and the beds are comfortable.

I stayed for the first time this time in the lower floors (3rd floor) and wouldn’t recommend. The shower water doesn’t have enough pressure and the bathroom has strong smell from the pipes (sewer). Otherwise room was ok.

The pillows were too soft and there was a TV only in one of the rooms. Also the second bed was an improvised one since it was literally put together by smaller units; there was also no mattress on it so it wasn’t very comfortable.

T1 is 5-10 minutes away with the free shuttle bus. The room was well stocked with tea and coffee and the bathroom was amazing! Even the restaurant staff offered us free water for our room as long as you carry your own vessel. There was even an option for Early-bird breakfast no matter how early is your flight.

Big, clean, comfortable room with a nice view. Late checkout possible and free pick-up/drop-off at the airport, with possibility to leave the car in a (paid) garage. Friendly staff. Good location close to the airport. Great breakfast, including early breakfast possibility (also late at night).

A modern hotel situated a short shuttle ride from the airport. The response time of the shuttle at 01:00 in the morning was amazing and much appreciated after a delayed flight. A great selection at breakfast and all very reasonably priced. Definitely recommended if you have a late arriving flight into Sofia.

The restaurant was a major disappointment for me. I had the goat cheese appetizer and French fries. The goat cheese lacked flavor and the fries were dead on arrival! I had to ask for condiments and wait a while. They seem to be using frozen french fries not from scratch. The worst french fries in Bulgaria. The service could be better, more attentive and anticipating the needs of the client. Had to wait a while for the check. Unfortunately there are no other options for food nearby.

I was in Sofia for one night prior to my flight to Vienna the next morning. I liked my room, the big windows, the cleanliness of the hotel and room. Breakfast starts at 3AM - great for early rising travelers. Good sandwich and coffee machine options! The room service robot was cool!!

There is no option to pay in €. When using the shuttle and doing online self reservation, there is no option to indicate which terminal so it's important to call them and make sure they know the terminal you need.

Breakfast was ok, but the juice in the machine was tasteless like water with a weak flavor of juice.

The hotel is near the airport, so it is a perfect place for a night if your flight arrives late in the evening. We arrived late, so we decided not to continue our journey at night. A comfortable bed, a clean bathroom... It was perfect after the flight, we could rest and continue the trip in the morning. A free shuttle from the airport - a big advantage.
