Bathroom is quite small, having only a small opening for passive ventilation. Under the shower there is no shelf to put your shampoo, toothbrush or razor.

I liked the overall concept. The Co-working and open plan reception area made me feel very comfortable. I used the Gym as well and found it was excellent with all the latest equipment. The hotel is relatively new and the room was clean with a lovely view over the city

If there would be something to improve, it would be just the bad smell in the bathroom, but this is something I noticed in almost every hotel in the world. Also, people working at the reception could be more happy :)

Very nice hotel, modern, clean and well organized. I appreciate the industrial style design in the entire building, the graffiti on the walls, the parking and the bar at the ground floor. The view is awesome, you can see the sunrise and the sunset through the large windows of your room.

The new hotel met out demanding. We had to get to the airport early in the morning and the hotel is located near the highway. The rooms were clean and confortabile.

I would need a whole essay to talk about the positive things we experienced at Campus 90 - literally anything went way over our expectations. We were in Bulgaria before, the whole country itself has so much to offer that if you find such a wonderful place like this it really becomes the place where to come back next time! The room and its bathroom, the staff, the location, the breakfast, the services... everything went extremely smoothly.

The underground parking barrier should be a bit faster. Expensive breakfast: 18 BGN (didn't try it though, so I can't tell if it's worth it or not) There should be more towel racks in the bathroom.

The staff at the front desk was very helpful and pretty polite, checking in and out of the hotel was made in less than 5 minutes. Our room was perfectly clean and the sheets/blankets were changed regularly. A/C worked perfectly. Beds were very comfy.Wifi was fast and reliable. Smart TV was a big plus. Elevators were working all the time (there are 3 of them), even if you are stationed on a higher floor, you won't be needing more than a minute to reach the ground floor. The underground parking was very convenient since it's basically impossible to park around the hotel: parking spots were wide and properly marked. The location of the hotel is good if you want to reach Golden Sands by car, otherwise it's a solid 15-minute walk to the city center. Overall, one of the best hotels I've stayed at.

The restaurant is underwhelming. It’s kind of an odd menu and if you’re not looking for fried food, it’s disappointing. While the photos and reviews say otherwise, I did not like it, and wished there was some good reliable basics on the menu. The breakfast also, several times I went in and looked at it, and it just looked so uninspired I chose to go somewhere else.

Very nice building brand new. Good location if this is the area you want to be. Comfortable rooms and beds. Nice coffee bar, in great lobby that’s nice for working or relaxing.

Private underground parking which is also accessible via elevators - it makes it easier to carry you luggage directly to your room/apartment. The apartment was spacey (70 m2) and clean. The hotel is 30 minutes walking distance from the sea park which is nice.

The cards used to operate the lifts and to unlock the rooms were malfunctioning.

The hotel has its own parking and is easily accessible from the road. It has a nice atmosphere about it and the staff was very helpful.

Hotel was nice, was designed very creative. The booked room was the same how is in the pictures. I liked our room a lot, because of panorama windows, cleanliness and very comfortable mattresses. There was free drinking water and tea in the room. And the breakfast was quite attractive also. We stayed there for one night. From the hotel to bus station in a taxi was 5 lev. Thanks a lot, I enjoyed it.

Staff was very friendly and helpfull.. Location is quiet comfortable. You can walk around, mall is close, city center is 20min away by bus. Taxi to the center is not expencive. Supermarket is 10 min walk.
