We have booked the apartment in the hotel and it was great 👍. Perfect view and very spacious. Quite clean as well and the compliment from the hotel was very good surprise. We definitely will repeat our stay again.

The soundproofing in the hotel is not so good, because in the morning it was very loud talking in the hallway (we don't know if it was employees or guests). In the bathroom, it seems that the drain is not very well made structurally and therefore the water spills and stagnates (during the settlement, there was a smell, but then the water gradually leaked and the smell disappeared). The rest of the plumbing was clean and tidy.

The hotel has very kind staff. All settlement procedures went quickly, clearly - we settled at night, but this did not affect. Interesting concept and design. The city is clearly visible at night. And on a sunny morning you can see the lake / sea and the movement of ships, and the domes of cathedrals. There is a comfortable chair for observation and relaxation. Beds are comfortable, sheets and towels are clean. The room is large and has a kettle, table and space to store and seat several guests. The bus station and the Big Mall with many shops and cafes are about 1.5 km away, there is also a stop for the city bus 409, which goes to the airport in one direction and to the seaside park in the other direction.

- location: close to the city centre, in a very quit area; - hotel: modern both on the inside and outside; helpful staff; - room: newly furnished, very modern, and clean; we stayed on the 13th floor, so the city view was very nice; - free underground parking was a huge plus.

The hotel is new and clean. Personnel is helpful and private parking is available, a great benefit for a car traveller like me.

Nothing that matters enough, but some good suggestions, i think. Wi-fi had some trouble connecting and didn't work but didn't ruined our stay. There were no drinks in the frigde, you can make some extra money from that. There were no slippers provided and could be a plus for future guests. I saw that it's a new hotel, and it's not finished at all the services, but what matters, meaning the room, it's great. Hope we will come again after you fully finish it.

The Position is Great and also the view, especially if you stay at a high floor as we stayed at 12/14. The Parking facility it's great. Bed's are confortable, shower it's great and the staff were super friendly. The smell into the room was nice, a scent and a look that confirmed us it's a new hotel. We will definetly come back.

The water pressure was insufficient but that could be because of the floor we were at. If you like me like to sleep with the window open I suggest bringing in ear plugs as the traffic is rather intense.

The view from the 13th floor was spectacular. I sat by the windows for hours just to enjoy the view. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The restaurant wasn't open yet but the location offers several good places toe at in a walking distance.

very cosy hotel with friendly staff. the room on the upper floor has a great view over the town with a huge window and a nice relaxing chair next to it. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was very clean tidy. We would stay here again next time!

I stayed at this brand new hotel in Varna. Everything was perfect, the room is comfortable and the receptionists were very helpful. Good location, fairly close to the centre. Overall great experience, definitely recommend.

- Pillows didn't fit me at all... - Bathroom had bad smell coming from the drain or similar. - Breakfast was quite a disappointment. Just enough to get day started. - Location: Nothing close to the hotel. No supermarkets etc.

- Good location to access by car. - Free parking in a garage - Good sized room with fairly comfortable beds. - Good wifi. - Room clean.

Room 1203 was cold even when the air conditioning was set to 24 degrees, while room 1212 was relatively warm at conditioner set at 21 degrees . The night was windy and it was snowing, room 1203 was too noisy because of the wind.

I made two rounds on the boulevard until I figured out how to enter the parking lot. Better call in advance to get instructions because the streets are busy and if you travel by yourself it would get tricky.

It's a nice and trendy place with parking which is really hard to find. The food in the restaurant is ok, but the portions are rather small. Breakfast was good.

- not the greatest breakfast (incl one food poisoning) - not the most attentive staff (even though we mentioned beforehand that this is part of our honeymoon, not one „congratulations“ or so when arriving. Our families tried to contact the hotel several times to prepare a surprise and never received a response) - staff was not too friendly (no greeting when entering the hotel, breakfast staff made us feel like a burden sometimes) - the drain in the shower smelled a lot like other things that go down drains.. we covered the drain with a towel to minimise the bad smell

- new hotel - nice rooms - great view on top floor - depending on what you are looking for, the location can be very beneficial (close to Grand Mall, Airport..)

The check in process was awful. Checked in at 5 a.m., the person at the reception did not open the garage door even though I rang twice from the car park. She was rude & unwelcoming.

Had stayed there earlier the same week and when another night was needed chose this hotel again.

Kettle supplied but without milk, coffee or tea. Children playing in the hallway on the twelfth floor, impossible to rest in the afternoon before the late night theatre.

We wanted to pay for the breakfast but we could not do it due to the late check in which was weird. The lobby bar had no food , there is also no restaurant. You need to go out of the hotel to have food but in that specific area there are not many nice places to eat. With 30min walk you can reach to the center and more good places to eat. There were no basic amenities such as cotton buds, cotton pads. We were not sure whether there is fitness or even spa. I guess it is also not available.

The place is relatively new. The room was spacious. We requested a higher floor with a sea view and the view was nice. It was very clean. The parking was a great addition as it is difficult to find a parking spot around the area. The staff was also nice.
