The bed in the bedroom was not double/matrimonial. In the bathroom was cold.

The location is in the center. Many restaurants nearby. Easy access. The check in was easy. The key was in a box, left outside. When we check out, we left the key in the same place.

The location is superb, close to everything. The house is spotlessly clean, and the host is exceptional. The kitchen is equipped with new and useful tools, making meal preparation a breeze. The beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. This has been one of the best booking experiences for me. Highly recommend! Thanks for all!

The appointment was clean, excellent location right in the centre and by the sea, the staff was really kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to help me out when I needed assistance. Highly recommmend

They can think of adding some bins in the rooms, because the only place where you can trow your garbage is in the bathroom's small trash can. Also thing that could be nicer is to have more than 1 outlet per person in the bedroom (2 in total) , so you can charge your phone and laptop (or whatever) at the same time. I found that very inconvenient.

Amazing location, just in the heart of the city. Easy check in. The room was clean and the balcony was spacious. Thing that also made me good impression was although the fact that we booked for two night only, after the first night our room was cleaned up which doesn't happen very often in other hotels.

Primorski Park, the beaches with gold and white sands, the restaurants,,Our reservation at Caro Hotels was very cosy, the receptionist Nurshen was very helpful and kind, everything we needed she solved instantly.

Very comfortable apartment, we were family of 5, 2 adults and 3 kids 9,9,3, there was a place for everyone, very good plan of the rooms, good accessorized, washing machine, big enough refrigerator, kitchen with all you need, clean and comfortable beds. Perfect location, few mi uts from walking street and the sea garden. Very Recommend.

I was not with car so I don’t know about the parking possibilities considering you are in the city centre. Better ask if you need a car space

We loved the location very close to the beach (7min walking) and the room itself had everything needed. We were in the room 3b on the third floor with a nice little balcony. The room was clean, very strong shower, lights next to the bed for a goodnight book, good internet and nice staff.

Amazing city location - great for business travelers - just few metres away from the pedestrian street. Really kind and helpful staff. Will book again next time.

- The sink pipes were blocked. I couldn't use it once I noticed. - Hair in the bathroom - No breakfast inside the hotel. I believe it would be fair to mention it in the ads, as it's more than a detail for whoever wants to enjoy an easy to get, already made breakfast in the hotel without having to go accross the street, order, etc. - Some soccer's fan banging doors and screaming in the hotel at 4am. It totally ruins my night and messed up my schedule for my last morning in Varna. Now I do get that you can't ask everyone the reason of their visit but 1) It's still your responsibility to ensure that the rules are followed and that the place remains quiet. 2) When someone gives you the feedback the next morning, you could at least offer to treat them with breakfast.
