Some of the staff was not willing to help or had that awkward ignorance. We were miscommunicated about the breakfast time at the check-in. At the one of the rooms there were no minibar and it wasn't communicated as well.

The hotel is located at close to the city center square. The rooms were clean, nicely decorated and had a good space. The breakfast was OK comparing that there were very little people staying at that low season time.

The swinging glass door to the bathroom is a terrible idea. The breakfast was a bit disappointing.

not very easy to reach with a car. the stairs you see going down to the city center needs to be cleaned and maintained.

the first 5 very good and comfortable, we have to be moved for the football team. the room give has no shower screen abs the shower didn’t work. On the whole the staff are very friendly , we always stay there regardless for the last 3-4 years . we will continue to book there again

Restaurant service and food was poor. We ordered starters which never arrived along with sauté potatoes which also never arrived. We were only customers in restaurant but service was unbelievably slow.

I am sure about that the rooms weren’t cleaned by anybody. The covers of bed were dirty. There were really big red spots on it. Then i called the lobby and they changed our room. This time the covers were a bit cleaner but the bathroom. It was so dirty and we couldn’t use it. The room was extremely cold. Air conditioner is not good enough to heat the room. Shortly it was really bad experience for us. .

If you have mobility problems getting down to the centre could be a problem as there are so many steps, Also loud music all night long as the disco goes on from 10pm until 6am not good when you are trying to sleep, Could not get the aircon to work it says do not touch the controls how are you suppose to work it!! could not open the window because of the music so was very stuffy in the room would not stay again.

The receptionist with name Emel I think was the name (a little bit old lady) was extremely rude. Rooms on the first floor are extremely bad for 5 stars hotel. TV not working, toilet not working, broken lamps, one of the rooms which we have been moved had very bad smell. Heard that manager doesn't care about the guest comfort unless they are special guest which is very unprofessional. The worse hotel we have ever been. Only the reception is 5 star. Even outside is not maintained full of grass, broken things and rubbish everywhere. Shame. Wouldn't recommend it at all.

There was free parking, some of the staff was very friendly. The breakfast wasn't bad.

Breakfast was disappointing… there were not enough options for food and hot drinks were served in plastic cups. There were no open facilities after 8-9. Only the restaurant with limited options. We wanted to check in 1-2 hours ago, even though the hotel was fully empty they didn’t let us check in.

COLD! No matter, that the AC was on 27 degrees, in the room was cold. At the morning breakfast war no heating at all! The breakfast itself was like in the socialistic times - have a look on the picture. The shower in the bathroom was brocken and very dirty. The sealing was bad and the all bathroom was in water.

Perfect location Friendly personal - as far as this is possible for there working conditions…
