I liked the atmosphere of the whole place! It gave me the feeling that every little detail was thought of! The style and all of the Art around is just fantastic! Facilities, furniture, food and not to forget the service. The staff was very kind, helpful and made our stay a real pleasure! Thank you all, keep smiling and never lose the spirit 😊

Extremely well maintained, clean and super helpful, friendly staff. The rooms are extraordinary designed with beautiful mixture of vivid colours and wooden boutique furniture. The food was good and delicious but quite overprised. If you go for a late breakfast, you may turned out with 1-2 options to select from the buffet.

The room was spaceous enough for 2 adults and 1 kid, the beds were huge and comfortable, the kid loved the outdoor facilities.

I didn't like that we had to ask to have our room cleaned. They only empty the garbage every day.

The food was exceptional! We loved all the little interior details and the outside playground for kids. It is great for a short getaway. Beautiful surroundings and nature.

Glass containers are allowed on the pool deck which is extremely dangerous. With so many children playing there I felt very uncomfortable. Bath towels in the room were not the quality one would expect in such establishment.

Very unique hotel with a lot of colors (a little bit too much for my liking). The room was very nice, however the extra bed (folding chair) wasn't adequate for 13 year old boy. Not enough closet space for our belongings (we were there for 3 nights). Nice restaurant with limited menu selection. Great pool area and several activities for the kids. Bike rentals available. Excellent customer service and a very friendly staff. Convenient location.

Everything was just wonderful. I've visited many hotels around Bulgaria and this is definitely up there with the best. The attention to detail is amazing. Super friendly, clean and quiet. Excellent food and the breakfast had a personal touch. Highly recommended.

The sink was blocked and they didn’t inform us that if you have a dog you pay 30lev which it’s not very cheap.

The room looked very nice and cozy. The food was excellent!

Everything was just perfect!

The food was very delicious. The staff was polite and friendly. Casa Art is nice place in the hearth of the mountain. The room was clean. I was exited that I had free coffee in the room 😀
