The bathroom layout was crasy, because the shower and the toilet were not separeted. It is a very elegant hotel with the exclusive furnitures, room size, I do not understand this stupid and mainly uncomfortable solution in the bathroom.( if somebudy wants to use the toilet after me had a shower, water was everywere around the toilet.

Excellent hotel, very good meals, kind staff. The Spa good enough, but the outside swimming pool was very cold, the outside jacusi was very hot, and some of the features of the inside pool did not work ( the staff told us, maybee tomorow,but it was to late for us. )

The soy sauce for the sushi was bad. The Pasta was bad. Juices were poor. The coffee is not so great. Outside poll not so hot as 2 years ago.

Very clean and very good food. Very good dinner and pizza. Great sandwiches at the pool. Very good saunas.

there was a weird smell in the room, possibly from the cleaning products - not nice at all for such a fancy place, it should smell amazing

- outdoor hot poll - we were here in December and it was such a nice experience to enjoy the hot water while being outside - the food was very good even though buffet type, very varied and very tasty -the hotel was full of Romanians for this 1 December weekend, but the staff managed very well, the pool was not too overcrowded and in general the overall feeling was that they are used to manage a “full house” -good massage experience

It was an excellent Hotel. just amazing food, amazing breakfast !!! Very good quality of the food, like the most expensive restaurants. Staff very professional, and low prices for extra, like drinks etc.., with excellent quality of cocktails. Swimming pools of excellent quality and temperature. Rooms, just very comfortable and you had the feeling of well being.

Kind staff and excellent service at the SPA. I recommend the Full body massage. The aroma sauna is my favorite. The food is tasty and there is an option to order a Beef Steak in a really preferential price for a portion - around 9 euro. Great hotel and we will definitely come back.

Parking was somewhat small for the size of the hotel, they could do a better job of assigning parking spaces

Absolutely loved this place. The room was huge and very well equipped, as well as spotless. We had a nice view of the sea. All the amenities were top notch, especially the outdoor pools and the private beach. A special thumbs up for the dinning area, with a vast choice of dishes and very good quality. They claim they are a farm to table operation as they also own various agricultural assets, farms etc.

It is challenging to find flaws in this hotel. Still, the meticulous eye of our hotel assessor found a drawback here and there, such as the awkwardly placed toilet next to the shower. Yet, even this is only a trivial observation.

Food variety should be better. Food quality should improve. Water cooler near the pool needs to work every day and not only when the hotel is full with people. A lot of bees in the outside seatings in the restaurant.

A 5 star hotel which provides all facilities within the 5 star category. Located next to the beach. The staff is polite and friendly. They met all our needs.The food was delicious with a lot of variety. The SPA area is wonderful. There are outdoor and indoor hot pools, several types of saunas and lovely SPA treatments. Definitely we will come back!

It has not so many parking places and if the hotel is crowded , than it might be an issue. Nonetheless , the stuff from hotel are willing to help finding one.

The Spa zone is excellent. It is new and it has many pools, saunas and a very good beach access. Food is fresh and you can, almost sure, find sometime that you like. Staff is very nice and helpful.

Locations isn't great, nothing around. Dinner starts at 7pm which is difficult with baby. Toilet too low and bad toilet paper Launch feels like leftovers from yesterday dinner

This was my second stay at the hotel and it was just amazing as always. Everything from the food, the staff and facilities was great. The room and hotel was extremely clean and just made the experience so enjoyable.

The motion censor in the room made an annoying click sound. The AC made a sound too and they didn’t fix before we left. Also, no soap holder in the bathroom.

The food was awesome, the pools are super cool and relaxing, really a premium hotel
