Very nice, spacious and modern apartment in the centre of Varna. The kitchen is very well supplied with everything you need. The appliances are all new and work well. All of the places that you want to visit are within easy walking distance. We would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Varna.

The apartment is above the standards of the region, well equipped, you can find anything you might need (kitchen equipment, balcony, bathroom, living room). I would definitely book again in case I visit Varna again!

For me personally, there was nothing I didn’t like about the apartment itself or the location…. it was simply perfect for my requirements and very presentable should you wish to entertain (there is a dining room table which seats 6 people). There are some observations I would make, to balance my review for other potential guests; although none of these deter from my personal 10 out of 10 rating. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, so absolutely NOT suitable if you can’t manage stairs. The balcony looks out over a kindergarten playground, so you will hear the children playing during their breaks if you have the windows & doors open (obviously only during term time, I would imagine during public holidays & the summer month’s it’s mostly closed).

The location of this property was perfect for me, very central so I could literally walk all over Varna. For those of you who know Varna, the location of this property is just a street away (few minutes walk) to the pedestrian area of Varna and an approximate walk of 10 minutes to the actual start of the sea gardens…. so all in all, the apartment is located in the most perfect location. There is a small supermarket seconds from the apartment which stock’s everything you could possibly need, a green grocers and coffee shop (Coffee Cup). The apartment is extremely well equipped, there wasn’t anything I required which wasn’t already supplied by the host; it’s obviously a very loved apartment with top of the range (Smeg) appliances and aircon in the 2 main living areas. The host is not visible but contactable by mobile and I found her polite, engaging and eager to please, when she answered my questions before booking and then during her mobile introduction call after I had booked (very nice touch making that initial contact, so she could introduce herself and answer any questions). Everything in the apartment is easy to use (other than the printer), there is a switch near the bathroom lights to turn on the boiler for hot water and a gauge on the boiler itself, so you are fully aware of the level of hot water available, the oven, hob and microwave were straight forward enough (although the manufacturers instruction manual are in the kitchen draws if required). There were plenty of towels (I could have changed them every day), a washing machine and detergents (not sure if provided by the host or left by other guests)…. the only comment I would make, is that perhaps another set of sheets & bedding should be left (there were only the ones already made on the bed); as I think it would be a necessity to change them, particularly in the summer months when hot and sweaty (there was 1 spare pillow and 2 share duvets but no additional sheets or bedding - just a suggestion)

SeeIf you're working during the day, have in mind that there's a kindergarten across the street and it might be a bit noisy at times. Also, it's a penthouse but the access to the top floor was forbidden which came as a surprise but maybe I misread the info. It was lovely though!

Great location, amazing apartment, lovely host, had absolutely everything needed. Fully recommend!!!

Very beautiful apartment with very well equipped kitchen, very comfortable mattress, clean and quiet place in the centre of Varna. I was pleasantly surprised by my liking and I recommend it. I would come again. I was happy that the apartment is new and clean and is 2 minutes from the pedestrian, which was important to me, there is also a great bakery next to the apartment with unique pies.
