The morning waitress did not seem to want to be helpful or try to understand my limited Bulgarian 🇧🇬 In fact she made it unpleasant at breakfast time Whilst I understand her English might be limited a smile goes a long way !

Disappointed with the restaurant in the hotel, food took ages to come and portion & taste were not so good, I ordered salmon and it was raw in the middle.

Very humble and nice hotel located just 10 minutes drive from Plovdiv airport, the room size is very generous with all facilities are working well, staffs are friendly and helpful, it has a good standards in terms of cleanness.

The entrance needs a lit-up sign so it can be easily seen from the road when you need to turn off to the hotel. Dinner was not so great on our second night, but still good.

A huge room with sofa, easy chairs, a desk and a big bed. Very luxurious, with a nice bathroom. Everything was very clean. Excellent dinner the first night and a charming, English-speaking waiter. An unexpected level of luxury for a hotel that is effectively on a ring road among commercial properties.

Very nice and quiet place in industriual part of Plovdiv, there is a bus station Bus nr 11 just nearby and you can go to the centre of the old town. Very clean and comfy hotel with kind and friendly staff. You can choose between three typers of breakfast, but very nice lady is ready to combine guest's different wishes. Am always looking for this hotel, when i stay in Plovdiv for the night, because is a great value for money.

I liked everything.

Breakfast was ok, not much choice. Location was around 8km from the centre of Plovdiv so you would need a car or taxi however the city itself is absolutely amazing, safe, clean and with plenty to do, out of all the European cities I have visited this one beats them all hands down and is real credit to Bulgaria as it's one of the last places in Europe where the locals take a real pride in their country.

It's quite far away from the city center.

Everythinh was perfect! Great hotel by the road.

A la carte breakfast was exceptional. We took an English breakfast. The staff was very good. Quick service. The food was tasty. Clean rooms. Super comfy bed and linnen.

Price could be cheaper in Bulgarian standard, there is price for everything in the room, in fact it is a good thing you know in advance if you burn a curtain what would be the cost, a bad day ? No problem destroying TV set is just 200 EUR all included. You pay checkout. See attached photo for prices :)

Clean, nice hotel with a friendly welcome, arrived before 12:00 noon and staff agreed to check in without any hassle, good breakfast, secured parking 4 km to nearest Happy Grill Bar & shopping centre to purchase Bulgarian products

I chose Hotel Chiirite from Plovdiv, coming with my son from a motorcycle trip in Greece and Bulgaria on the way home (Romania). I know Plovdiv VERY well, where I have been many times to the superb concerts hosted by the Ancient Theatre. This time, I was surprised to find that most of the hotels were sold out on Booking.com. I chose (from the list of options) Hotel Chiirite because it was on the outskirts, away from the crowd of the center. I made a GOOD CHOICE! The hotel is NEW, located in a small park, with its own and guarded parking. The room was unexpectedly large, the furniture and equipment all new and functional. We had dinner at one of the tables in the garden. The food was excellent, and the suggestions of the young waiter who served us were very welcome! Breakfast was included in the price of the room and was of the <buffet> type, self-service. In conclusion, I have saved Hotel Chiirite in my list of preferences for future trips through Plovdiv!

The hotel is on a top location, 2 minutes away from the ring road. The hotel is sound-proof and the rooms are quite, no noise coming from the road can be heard. The breakfast was excellent with various options: Continental, English and others. The parking lot is wide. The lobby bar is specious and perfect for an additional coffee. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. I highly recommend the restaurant of the hotel.

Very good location, I liked that they have free parking (with cameras). I liked the room, as on the picture. The lady from the reception was not aware of the availabolity of a third bed, but it is okay since the bed was there :). Breacfast was really good. Staff was helpful and polite. Clean room, comfy beds, only the pillows were too hights and hard for me.

No kettle, no disposable slippers, no set of disposable cutlery, no cup holder in the bathroom, no shampoo (there was shower gel that didn't wash well), wired internet port didn't work, there was no bathrobe, there were two glasses but they were a little dirty (it's okay to wash it by myself), there is no transfer to and from the airport, there is no way to call a taxi at the reception (if you do not have an international sim card, this is not very good), and the hotel is 10 kilometers from the airport, be prepared to walk to the city center and from there look for a taxi or bus to the airport. With all this, the price in the city center for a hotel is not too expensive, as it turns out.

Nice looking hotel, spacious room, friendly staff, good breakfast and an honest description of the contents in the room and the fact that there is no transfer and other things, so what is described in the shortcomings so it mostly will not turn out for you as a surprise.
