Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SwitzerlandThe only disadvantage is that the restaurant is actually a coffee bar and if you want to find food fast you have to walk ~ 10 mins to the restaurants or supermarket. Also fitness is around 10 mins walk but you can do jogging in the sea garden park
We love to stay at this hotel. It’s located very close to the sea garden ~1-2 mins walk. The staff is very polite and helpful. It’s clean with free parking in front. I was surprised it’s very quiet during the night. (You can hear the street a little if the windows are closed)

RomaniaSurprisingly cosy little boutique-style hotel! It was marvelous (given the price-amenities ratio). Every room is decorated in a particular style and all of them have different names (e.g. "Red Point", "Coffee", "Soho" and so on). All the rooms have park/nature view and the host was suuuuper-kind and attentive. Definitely a place to come back to again! Nice location, also - right in the Primorski Park (also known as the "Gardens of the Sea"), easily reachable by car or by public transport.

BulgariaWe had a problem during our stay at the hotel, which could have been prevented if there was enough communication from the hosts/receptionists. The most unpleasant was not the problem we had itself, but the conversation with the hosts/receptionists after that. It was clear from the conversation that the important for them is not their guest (how they feel and how to help them), but the feedback they will give for the hotel in Booking and how the host will answer after that. Overall I am not with good impression for the property based on that case and how they managed it.
The location is 30 min walking from the center. No sea view as we expected. Overall good room.
