Reception is closed at night which we weren't told at check in. This means there's no cafe/ refreshments or even a vending machine onsite at night which is somewhat inconvenient. The hotel is being remodelled so there are areas that are unfinished, such as the roof terraces etc.

Excellent location within walking distance to amenities and attractions. The hotel itself was kept very clean and the beds were super comfortable. We had a terrace attached to our room which I would imagine will be lovely in the summer time. Overall a lovely stay and very good value for money.

Very clean room and the lobby.. Extremely convenient location, very peaceful and quiet... If you are elderly or have issues with uphill walking, this would be a problem though. I personally loved it.

The reception is working from 9 to 21 and there is nothing else working at the hotel except the lobby bar (working with reception).

The hotel is on a perfect place. The room is big enough, very good and clean. The bed is comfortable.

Some wear and tear really shows, the entrance door to the room barely closes and the mechanism does not work well. The couches, although super comfy, are really worn and are peeling - that left all my clothes in white specks of fabric that required cleaning.

Lovely room with giant windows and a terrace with a beautiful view. Huge bathroom too, with a bath and lots of space. The beds were super clean and comfortable. Staff is as always amazing. I've visited before, and absolutely love this hotel. Would recommend to anyone.

The only thing was a strange smell form the bathroom. I suspect there is an issue with sewage. I recommend closing toilet seat and bathroom door.

The room was beautiful! Spacious, modern , quiet. Location is perfect, very close to Plovdiv center and in a quiet charming part , overseeing the area. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The bar and restaurant were closed, but not a big deal, there are lots of places to eat and drink a short walk away.

Staff was very nice and helpful, and happy too. Location was convenient, though it was a walk up to reach it. The rooftop was great to look out upon the city, really great for sunsets. Strong WiFi. Room was big and balcony was nice. Kettle in the room was nice too.

There isn't dedicated parking, however, we managed to find parking on the street without a problem.

Excellent location - just 5 minutes away from the city centre. Staff was extremely polite and very friendly. Very good value for money.
