The location can not be better plus you get a parking space in the very centre of town. We stayed in the apartment for a second time, and for sure, we will be back. The apartment is spacious with all the amenities needed for a short or long stay. It is right next to a green space and the main shopping street.

As I mentioned, it's not a dislike but for the parking - if you have a large car, you might have some issues, but Anna is very helpful so I'm sure that if you write to her before booking, she can explain and you can decide! But fully recommend the place!

An absolute gem in the center of Plovdiv. Anna was super helpful and nice, the apartment itself is amazing - tastefully decorated, super clean, very comfy, has absolutely everything needed - a fully equipped kitchen, a great living room area, comfortable and beautiful bedroom, awesome bathroom and a super cool spacious balcony! Anna was kind enough to provide us a bed for the baby we were traveling with so everyone was comfy. The parking space is inside of the building, if you're worried, you can see it from the balcony so you can keep an eye on it, but there were absolutely no issues with it - Anna explained how to park and get everything (since it's the city center, it can get just a tiny bit tricky and also - if you drive a big car, you might have some issues with the narrow streets around but since our car was small, we had no problem). Location was also amazing - a less than 5 minute walk to the central area and a 10-minute walk to Kapana district. Absolutely fully recommend!

For the first couple of days of our stay, it was raining. It was also somehow difficult to find a taxi when it's raining. Probably our biggest disappointment was that the nearby cafe Dreams didn't serve breakfast because their cook was absent. Luckily, the cafe next door served very good pancakes, though we had to ask for them because they weren't on the menu.

I loved everything about this property! The location was perfect, it was easy to collect the key. The building was very nice and clean and the apartment was arranged with a great taste to the smallest detail. Every promise from the listing was fulfilled and exceeded. From the amazing view to the coffee, everything about our stay was perfect.

- Perfect location, a few steps away from the main pedestrian street. - Charming small apartment with evetything needed for a short and long stay. - New, clean and tidy. - Having a free parking space is an absolute plus. Finding a parking space in Plovdiv is not the best experience, so you don't need to worry about your car.

As wonderful as the apartment is, I think it’s fair to give future travelers a full perspective. The only thing we found unpleasant was the lights in the hall and the bathroom that come on with motion, and there is no way to turn them off in the night. So, when you get up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, the lights all come on, and they are bright and wake you up. With the permission of the owner we were able to remove the hall ceiling lights, but the bathrooms lights were not able to adjust. This may not be a problem for other people, but for us it was the only not wonderful part of staying at this apartment. We did have a little difficulty getting in the apartment, but this is due to us being confused, and I’m sure it is easier for others. The host was quick to help. Still, I say this is a great apartment and a great location.

The location of the apartment was excellent. I selected this place, in part, because it included dedicated parking in the historic center. It was good to know our rental car was safe. The apartment building is modern and has an elevator which made getting to the sixth floor with luggage easy. The bed was very comfortable and to me this is very important! Nice mattress and linens. She even was able to provide some extra pillows for my comfort. The balcony was nice and had comfy chairs. The sofa was comfy and we were able to find an English language movie one evening. The kitchen had all the basics, and the coffee pods for the Krupa machine was appreciated, as we brought coffee with us, but not the kind for that type of machine. There were also basics like sugar, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar. All in all it was a very thoughtfully prepared apartment and you can tell the host goes to good effort to make guests comfortable. She was also very quick to respond. Also, the washing machine and drying rack were helpful, and we were able to do a load of laundry. We had a good stay in Plovidiv.
