The bedsheets were not very comfortable, and the bed in general was a bit too soft.

The lady welcomed us very kindly, and even gave us the parking keys which were not mentioned in the reservation. The room is small, perfect for a short stay, and it’s very clean and comfortable, has a nice bathroom with a big shower box. The hotel is located in a very centered position, and you can easily walk to every main attraction in Plovdiv.

The room we were given was not very sunny and it was on the ground floor, making it difficult to open the windows.

A hand/telephone shower in the bathing area would be a nice edition.

We enjoyed our stay at Agora Studios. Nina was very kind and helpful and she speaks English so we had no difficulty communicating with her. The room, washroom, bed linens everything was clean. The location of the hotel is very close to the bus stop, supermarket (just a few minutes of walk) and all major sightseeing locations (10-15 minutes walk) in Plovdiv. Would definitely recommend it to couples/single persons looking for a few days of stay.

To go to bed, you have to go down the stairs and walk a little. I went to the toilet at night and had to turn off the light switch near toilet; so I had to walk down the stairs in the darkness, holding on to the walls, and walk back to bed blindly. A 'vavien' system is needed. (putting another button next to the bed for the same lamp, turning off the light when I reach the bed)

A bit noisy. Fan air duct seemed to be coupled to another apartment. Not too hot in this apartment due to time of year but air conditioning didn’t seem to work. Portholes for windows. I would stay there again.

It was a little worn. But, the booking was also a very good deal. So you get what you pay for.

The place was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. It was clean. It was also very close to the town center and Old Town. All walkable.

Building site next to property. Bed sheet not fitted to mattress moves when sleeping leaves you on the mattress surface. Previous occupant smoked in the room despite clear guidelines of NO smoking.

When you arrive you are given duvets and duvet covers that you have to put on yourself. That would not be a big deal if the duvets were properly clean. They had yellow and red stains in it.

Great location, you can walk anywhere in Plovdiv from the hotel! Comfortable room, with a lot of space. Staff was very nice.

Building work right next to the hotel, although we didn’t hear anything, it is a little of an eyesore. Parking space was quite tight and a little difficult to manoeuvre into and out of……there is a charge, but at 5 lev, it’s not excessive. There was no seating area in one of our rooms. One room had a terrace, which is large, but overlooked and is shared with other apartments which means you can’t really leave doors open at night etc. breakfast not included, but plenty of places to find in the centre. Our room on the ground floor next to reception and other offices, so there was some residual noise. The tv channels include adult channels which are not well advertised…..something to watch out for if you have kids that flick through channels. Our room has only a skylight with nothing to cover it…not good if you’re claustrophobic, or if you don’t like being woken up with light streaming in at dawn.

The hotel is located just across the road from the bottom end of the pedestrianised area of the centre. Dog friendly hotel. Nice hot shower. Parking available on site. Price very reasonable. Comfortable beds.

To find the parking we had trouble but it was all sorted fast.

Plain, basic, very clean and had everything we needed, location was excellent too. Definitely recommend for a one or two night night stay.

There was a weird buzzing sound and a smoking stink coming from the bathroom, it wasn't that big of a problem but I would've preferred it more if that wasn't the case. I think someone was smoking in their room which isn't the hotel's fault! Also good to mention that there's a construction site right next to the hotel. I didn't find that a problem but it's nice to know about it.

The place was really nice and at an amazing location. The free parking was a big bonus, it's not too far away ( if you know where to go through it's around 300m, meanwhile google maps gives a route of 400m) but I recommend leaving your luggage first then going to park the car.
