Bathroom floor gets all wet when taking a shower but this is very common in Bulgaria. Cold bathroom but hotel provided a portable heater that could heat up the space in no time.

Great place to explore the Rhodope and Belintash. Staff was very kind and accommodating. Spacious appartement. Food is good, with some menu items more successful (prok shank, salads, fresh cheese, breakfast sandwich) than others (mushroom soup, buhtichki). Kids friendly. Nice views.

This is one of my favorite hotels to visit when I just want to relax. 1) The view is amazing, everywhere you look it's breathtaking. 2) The staff is super polite and friendly, they always make the stay super nice and pleasant. 3) The rooms are very nice, comfortable and clean with everything you might need. The ones that I have been in have fireplace and it's one of my favorite things to enjoy a glass of wine next to it. 3) The food in the restaurant is delicious. They have a variety of dishes and we loved everything we have tried - the polenta, the fried zucchini, bean soup and the Rhodopes cheese were amazing. 4) The hotel also has an outside pool during the summer 5) Near the hotel is Belintash (a Thracian rock plateau with amazing view), 20 min by car, which is always a lovely place to go to (warning the road to there is not the best and you might want to leave your car earlier and take the distance by foot) Despite the fact that it was raining we still had amazing time. Would definetly visit again soon!

I recently stayed at Rhodope Legends and was thoroughly impressed. The staff were very friendly and polite, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring The Holy triangle of Rhodopes. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay and clean mountain air. Amazing breakfast with traditional dishes.

the property is excellent example of Bulgarian traditions combined with modern twist, excellent place with excellent location in the Rhodope mountains. The in house kitchen is excellent with high quality products, service and taste. I highly recommend it.

It was all great. I would recommend an organised tours up in the mountain. And fridge and better wifi in the rooms. But all good.

We stayed at Rhodopski Legends for 4 days, 3 nights. We travelled by car. The road to Vrata is curvy and picturesque but difficult when fog comes down (no wonder, it is a mountain). The parking at the complex is just enough to accommodate the cars for it so if someone has parked in an awkward way it will be a bit difficult for the rest of the people to park. We had an apartment viewing the pool and Belintash. Very beautiful view, especially in the morning and when it was sunny. We could not use the pool as it was a bit chilly and rainy but it looked great. The rooms were big enough and the bathroom was well stocked. The wifi was best and very fast at the common places but weak in the apartment. A low point is that there was no fridge int he apartment. The restaurant and staff were more than great. The food was delicious and the staff was very kind and welcoming. We visited Krastova gora one day which although is very close is about 1.45hrs by car. The next day we went to see Mostovo and took a walk to the village of Vrata. We could not go up Belintash as the weather did not permit but this gives us the opportunity to come back again. Lovely place with great staff and beautiful views.

The last couple of kilometres of road are not tarmac

Beautiful location in the Rhodope Mountains with a range of walks nearby. Great to be able to eat outdoors at breakfast and in the evening. Range of tasty dishes suitable for vegetarians which we appreciated. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

There is no place for children to play. We need to remind the staff that our room needs services. Most of the channels on the TV were locked.

Everything in the room was luxurious. The staff was friendly and responded to all the questions about a nearby place that we can visit. Everything in the restaurant is very delicious. You get a free hour on the tennis court and if you need equipment just ask for it on reception. Our room and almost from the entire place you have a view to Belintash.

Magic mountain place, with beautiful nature in the area. The studio was nice and the breakfast delicious. The staff made everything to make us feel special and satisfied with our stay. Definitely, I would recommend.

The room I had was small and dark, with almost no view to the mountains and I could hear everything from the room nextdoor. Recommend to check type of the room before you book or to ask for a better one and rather pay more to feel comfortable.
