The hotel was located on a steep slope and I go a bit scared while driving. Because it was very quiet at night, when someone was on the phone outside, I could hear his voice pretty loudly.

Staffs were very kind, helpful, and caring. The room was very specious and spotlessly clean. There was a nice hiking spot just behind the hotel. There were very delicious local restaurants just around the corner. It's very quiet at night. I really wish I could stay longer.

The staff was amazing. They offered us a taxi when they needed to get rid of us. The room was very clean. I also liked the location since we could stroll to a nearby monastery. There are also loads of restaurants nearby. Another benefit is the big mirror on the bathroom door so I could see myself when sitting on the toilet. Lastly, breakfast is amazing. Vegetables and fruit in Bulgaria are next level.

beds are hard. i sleep on hard beds but here i need a few days before i was used to this. the locaton is a bit out of the city. quiet and although its possible to reach the city by bus and metro we always get there by taxi. it will cost 10 to 15 euro's single way. its not that i didnt like that but you have to keep that in mind.

small family hotel on the foot of vitosha mountain. great and friendly staff always willing to help. this made our stay relaxing. rooms are basic and clean. powerfull shower, hot water, airco and good heating. daily cleaning of the room. fridge and tv in the room. laundry service possible. nice simple breakfast to give you a good start of the day. free coffee and tea. need to checkout before 6 am to get our flight. even then breakfast was ready. its possible to buy some sweets and cold drinks at the frontdesk. great walking possibilities nearby for a hike in the mountains. some shop and nice restaurant within 1 km.

Not so good sound proofing, ceiling and walls, but was ok once you fell asleep.

It was very clean, quiet and confortable, also very nice and discreet conciege staff. Lovely bteakfast, good coffee and various fresh fruits. A nice selection of tea, too. Realy good choice for short/ trasit stays

Everything was perfect - the staff was amazing, probably the kindest and politest people I've seen in a hotel in Bulgaria, the apartment was huge, clean and very comfortable, the location was perfect - clean air, beautiful view and away from the city pollution, great places to eat nearby. If I ever come to Sofia again, this would be my first choice if I have a car at my disposal! :)

Maybe that was our bad luck, but the room had a very, very strong smell of cigarette smoke. My clothes got the smell from laying down in the master bedroom for around half an hour, so I had to put an extra blanket to insulate the smell from the matress while sleeping. We actually had to stay with the windows open and bathroom lights on the whole time because whenever the ventilation (paired with the lights) was off, the bathroom would be full of smoke from downstairs in no time. There were also two ashtrays in the room, which is very confusing as all the rooms were marked as non-smoking. I understand that this particular room does not have a balcony, and the people booking the more expensive option with a spa bath would not bother to go outside to smoke should they need to, but this was very disappointing as fresh air was what we were looking forward to travelling with an infant.

A spacious room, quiet neighborhood, exceptionally welcoming hosts. Well-arranged breakfast with cold cuts, boiled eggs, a variety of pastry and sandwich options, and fresh fruit. Nice big bathroom with an actual spa bath, very clean everywhere.
