Pillows are huge and not so confortable( but I have my pillow all the time). In front of the property they have cuted the reed and dores not look so nice( looks mudy for the moment).

Location on the lake, silent over the night, spacious rooms. We arrived late at 10 pm and they have waited us( dinner still available). Also they have prepated breakfast for very early leaving.

Great houses, clean and comfortable rooms, nice neat garden right next to the lake, great restaurant in the complex itself offering a variety of fishes some of which are fresh from the lake.

There was nothing we didn't like, but here are a couple of minor notes other guests might consider: - There are no breakfast options, you are served a fixed breakfast type. That being said, we were satisfied with what we had. - The bathroom gets wet after you take a shower. - There is no proper reception, the check-in is at the restaurant. - The beach is not accessible on foot, you need to go by car. The beach is not the main highlight when visiting this place though.

The location of the complex is superb - a small piece of heaven on the shores of the Durankulak lake. It is a protected area with loads of birds, so peaceful and quiet! The room is big, it is not luxurious, but it has everything you need and the patio is a nice touch. We were very fond of the garden where children were playing and you could just sit and enjoy the view. The restaurant offers fresh fish, their fish soup is amazing. We will definitely return.

Nothing to complain about, really. Maybe only that they lack bikes for rent, this will be a cherry on top.

Location is the key, we came here to enjoy the lake and for some birdwatching, both of our desires were met. The hotel itself provided all we needed, spacious room, good restaurant, friendly attitude towards our asks. I do highly recommend, especially if you are a birdwatcher at heart

The restaurant needs improvement. Breakfast is poor (to say the least), and you don't have any options as the kitchen opens at 11 a.m. There is no other place to eat on a few sq km area... The matrices were awful. There was a "valley" in both our beds...

Nice location, on a lake shore. 1 million birds singing during the day and a 🐸 concert during the night :). If you are looking for relaxation, you're in the right place!

Missing shelves from bathroom you cannot put shower gel, shampoo etc , very old refrigerator, windows were not so clean, so the doors.

First floor, lake view, wonderful garden. The room, the furniture from ground floor and everywhere, decorations, I love it! I've enjoyed the relaxing ambient.

Worst thing : you can't pay the accomodation with card or with Booking payment system, only cash! (leva, or lei at an absurd exchange rate, so you better have leva cash in your pocket). Basic breakfast, one dish on demand (one sandwich or one pie, that's it). If you are not a family with kids, run as far as you can. There are a lot of kids in the yard playing and screaming all day long until late night. If you are family with kids, this can be Heaven for you. A lot of spiders and insects and i mean, A LOT. Not so much mosquitos. No insects net at the door.

I consider a plus the restaurant, you can go there to have dinner, the prices are normal for Bulgaria, neither cheap or expensive (bigger than in Romania for sure, but you are not in RO and the food is a little better in BG). The parking is huge and the road to the Hotel is decent. I wished that I can put a big plus for the quiet and beautiful area, but I can't because of the kids screams. The room is big and the furniture looks very well, I like the design, is cozy.

This is a very nice place to stay in the nature at the seaside. The rooms are quiet, big and clean, the view with the lake and the garden are very nice. The restaurant has very good food and nice music. We really enjoyed our stay here and we will definitely come back!

For us it was the perfect stay.

Our room was clean and spacious. It also had lovely view of the lake that the hotel is next to. Breakfast was included in the price of our booking and it was an excellent, traditional Bulgarian meal. There was enough provided that we couldn't comfortably eat it all and we took some of it away to have later on the journey home. The hotel restaurant was really cosy and the evening meal we had was also very good. The restaurant had a power cut about 10 minutes after we sat down for the evening meal but the staff still managed to serve us the meal despite that. Later in the evening we had a lovely, piping hot bath. In the morning we couldn't start our car and the staff went the extra mile to help us get moving so we could rendezvous with our appointment. The guy who had served us breakfast tried to get the car going by recruiting the hotel cleaner to give us a push and when that didn't work he called a local mechanic for us who came out with jump leads. Between the two of them they managed to get the engine to start. We were also travelling with our dog and she was allowed the run of the place. All in all we had a really happy stay.

The stuff didn't seem to be friendly, it was unclear how to do the check-in, had to ask at the restaurants kitchen. The breakfast was very basic, some vegetables, cheap salami and cheese, instead of butter we got some substance which contained butter and vegetable oils.

Location - right next to the lake. The property itself is very nice, the rooms are clean and gave us a good feeling. Would rate higher if the service attitude was better

Very hard to find with GPS.

The room was small but very cozy and comfortable, great mattresses and pillows, and very clean. The restaurant at the property is great. The whole complex is small, secluded and cozy, made and mainteined with love.
