Our roon had view to a terrace of the kitchen staff which made it weird to leave the curtains pulled. Breakfast quality could have been slightly better, but nothing terrible as it was. Truly admirable that only one person was in charge of everything for breakfast.

In the description of the room it was written that there is a minibar in the room and champagne free of charge. I told the hotel that I don't want alcohol in the room and when we arrived in the fridge was water, some coke, juice and chocolates. So, the next day when we were outside, the room was cleaned by the staff and the fridge was once again filled with missing drinks of their choice. The third day was done the same. What was my surprise when we were leaving the hotel, we were asked to pay for every little thing they put in our fridge! I thought that this is coming like an extra with the room, which anyway was very expensive for a city in Bulgaria! But no, it was all to be paid by us and even we didn't have the chance to choose what we want to be brought like drinks or chocolate - it was always the hotel's choice and filling it every day without even asking us if we want it! Now this I call a wonderful but not fair way to win some money! Anyway, this is not the way of winning clients. Although I overall liked my stay in Concorde hotel, this last bill of unnecessary expense left a bitter taste. I think it has to be made clear from the beginning what is included and what is not included in the price and if I have to pay something I want to have a possibility of choice at least. Very disappointing.

Nu sunt prize suficiente in camera. Apa calda nu mai e asa calda dupa ora 19. There are not enough sockets in the room. The hot water is not so hot after 19:00.

The reservation included dinner that wasn't essential and increased the price, making the cost unreasonable high. We were leaving the breakfast room with a bad frying smell on our clothes

The room was clean and well ventilated, the bed was comfortable (not too soft, not too hard), the bathroom was clean and had the necessary amenities (soap, shower gel, shampoo, hair drier etc.) and the mini-bar had a decent selection of drinks, at affordable prices. The hotel is located near the city center, on a hill, in a quiet zone. They have parking in front of the hotel and the staff knows English well. Make sure to check out the dinner options, because the taste and presentation of the dishes was above what we expected. The breakfast was also delicious, with plenty of variety and and excellent view (the breakfast was served on the rooftop (closed and opened-terrace option). Very good quality services and accommodations!
