Some music drifted from across the bay at night but wasn't too loud, sometimes inevitable at popular tourist destinations.

Great price for beautiful Seaview and full board. Hotel restaurant looks out on the sea too. Beds were very comfy. Staff were very helpful and friendly!

I think to be honest. The variety of food could have been better but there was plenty of what was there.

It's completely refurbished to a high standard. From reception to the rooms you are made feel comfortable and relaxed.

In 4 days, our towels were changed only once and our trash was taken away only once, and that's because I asked for it in the 2nd day at 3:00 p.m. when I came to put my baby to sleep and the room wasn’t clean. The 3rd day, I came to the room at 1:00p.m. and again no one had come to take the trash at least.I put the “do not disturb card”, but at 3:00 p.m. an employee knocked on the door to clean the room. He did apologize, but my baby had woken up for that reason anyway. In a maximum of 30 minutes I left the room and I put the “please clean the room” card.Of course, in vain. Even another couple I was with asked at the reception to be cleaned the room on day 3 and they were told yes, but no one came. When I checked out and reported these things to the reception, they were related to the fact that I put the card on day 3 with the message “do not disturb” for 2 hours, that's why they didn't clean. You probably should have mentioned the cleaning schedule so we know when not to come to the rooms.I don’t understand, in second day no one came until 3:00 p.m., the 3rd day came at 3:00 p.m. and after that, although they were still in the hallways, they didn't come in our rooms anymore. - there was nothing in the minibar when we arrived, then a boy came to bring us water and juices. The 2nd day the same because I asked, the 3rd day they didn't come, the 4th day there was check-out and I understand. - the water in the indoor pool is cold - the bedroom door stoppers unglued - in the bathroom there is no delimitation of the shower, so the water actually goes throughout the bathroom. - at the restaurant you cannot serve meals outside the included tables, I found the chairs raised and there was no one. I think that the management should be updated a little and the staff should offer 4-star services.

The hotel is recently renovated and very nicely decorated. The terrace at the hotel reception has a wonderful view. In the room there is a free minibar, the ventilation system works very well and the balcony is a great advantage. We had a parking space in front of the hotel, but we were lucky to find a free one. The hotel is located very close to the beach and the old town. At breakfast and dinner I always found fresh fruit and enough tasty food.

Parking is limited but the whole area is difficult for parking

Location is fantastic with lovely views the hotel was also very clean and tidy We arrived very late at night and there was a mix up with the booking which was my fault but Mario on reception was excellent and swapped our room at short notice and upgraded us Also Julie who seemed to being doing lots of jobs was a credit to the hotel providing friendly service and needed to be mentioned also.

Everything was perfect. We stayed in the VIP apartment on the fourth floor and it was truly an amazing experience- the apartment was super clean and we had a beautiful terrace looking over the Black Sea. The cleaning team at the hotel came every single day and were truly wonderful. The food at the hotel is also of great quality - the buffet is not big but everything was fresh and tasted great! The staff was very friendly and helpful - our flight was in the evening and they let us stay in our room way past check out time. I would truly recommend this hotel and I will definitely come and stay again with my family next year!

Food was a bit monotonous. The bathroom has a problem with a water drainage (water was all over the bathroom).

Excellent location. The hotel has been fully renovated and is extremely clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. This one of the few hotels in the area that could be considered a luxury hotel. Would really recommend it!

1) The spa area is not as it should be, it is a petty that it was left behind, given the marvelous recent refurbishment of the hotel. The water in the pool was cold, for me it is not a problem, I prefer it even colder, but this might be one reason for the fact that it was empty (again, not a problem for my family, as we had the pool only for us). I was keen on using the sauna, but it was closed for the whole time... The outside jacuzzi was also cold, and the water was filthy, I believe it wasn't changed since the opening, 2 weeks ago... Also, there were some dirty spots in and around the pool, a little more atention to these details will assure that visitors would enjoy all the facilities. 2) The drinks at the bar and restaurant are overpriced. I would have paid 2x a bottle of wine over the market price, but not 8-10x (for example, a bottle of wine was about 80 leva minimum, while a good wine at the supermarket is around 15 leva) 3) Although the food was fine and I don't mind the scarcity of options (for dinner there are 4 or 5 choices for the main course), I believe the overall quality can be increased a little (tip: hire a good chef to help you with that)

The refurbishment of the hotel is very nice, the ambiance and comfort are great, we definitely recommend it! The staff was kind, enthusiastic and happy to help, although sometimes clumsy and a little dissorganized, maybe because everything is new to them too. Overall, we had a beautiful vacation, we would come back if we would know that the spa is taken care of properly.

It was a nice feeling to see everybody with a big, genuine smile on their face, ready to help us with anything we needed! Nice variety of food for breakfast and dinner! It is a very nicely decorated, extremely clean hotel with wonderful people. It has a dream view and the food is extremely good and of good quality. This is not about quantity, but about quality. They have 5,6 kinds of main food from which it's impossible not to find something you like plus salads and other small things, fruits, whatever you want. The food, both morning and evening do not coincide, which seems to me wow , but most important that they have quality products. The accent is on the client, it is visible and it turns out wonderful. A real 4 star hotel. I think it was the hotel manager, he always asked us if we like the food, what could be improved, what we would like to eat, a big plus, once again you can see that they care about the clients. All the employees are extremely nice, willing to help you with anything and very smiling, they really leave you with a holiday feeling. It was my father's birthday, I asked the manager of the hotel if they could help me with a cake, we wanted to pay for it, but they wouldn't let us, they said it was from the house. The cake was very big and very tasty, Besides, they even bring champagne, for me these details matter a lot, once again thank you and congratulations for what wonderful people you are! We will definitely come back because it was an extraordinary vacation, I hope with all my heart to find the same wonderful, clean place, with good quality food and beautiful people. Plus I really liked that in the bathroom you had everything, from hair conditioner to body cream.

The experience vas great. From the food, the staff of the restaurant, the view both from the room and the restaurant, it was all lovely. Sometimes at dinner time the restaurant could not cope with the number of people coming at about the same time and the choice of food was limited.

The variety and quality of food was very good. The room was spacious and clean. The sea view was great.
