It was loud during the night.Young, unexperienced stuff who called us twice to have us explain that we had 2 reservations on the same name and wasnt able to help with the loud music during the night or the general room issues.

1. The jacuzzi wasn’t working and it actually hasn’t been functioning for quite a while. One of the reasons we chose the hotel was the jacuzzi. 2. The room was nice but dusty. 3. The walls were scratched-partly on the bed side and clothes hanger. 4. The hotel restaurant is expensive and the food is NOT what you’d expect. 5. Overall, value for money not best option.

Central location, nice staff both in the hotel and the restaurant. The pool was cool the water temperature was perfect.

The minibar fridge didn't cool anything and actually radiated heat. Thankfully the air con was excellent to counteract this

The room was spacious, comfortable, clean. The bathroom was small but actually I perfectly furnished, including a bath tub Our room was on the same floor as the rooftop pool which was delightful in the hot weather. The breakfast was adequate with a lot of choices and although it was a machine, the espresso was really good Towels to use at the pool and dressing gowns made everything very comfortable

-the air conditioner in the hotel needs to be changed ASAP. They gave us a van (thanks a lot to the lady at the reception :) it saved us during the night! It was 27 C degrees in our room, it was too much for our baby. - everything else is ok!

- The hotel is very well located, a little park very close (with a playground for kids) - The rooms are spacious, the bed was confortable - We parked just in front of the hotel, in the street, but it was quite secure (the underground parking has very few places and it was not recommended by the hotel) - you can relax in the pool after a long travel journey - breakfast is ok (but if you come after 9AM there is not much left to eat. but we're the coffee&croissant breakfast type of people, so it didn't bothered us a lot). -thank you for changing our room when we asked for it, because it was too hot in the first one.

The shape of the indoor pool and the central was an issue affecting the direction of uninterrupted swimming. The breakfast area was rather plain given the adjacent attractive restaurant space.

breakfast, and it’s not I didn’t like it, you have everything what you need, it is a buffet. but if the hot food is served, should be fully heated. it is just advice for hotel to keep the food warm, even if it’s buffet. the gym is open from 8 am and the breakfast was from 8-10am. so people who likes do workout before breakfast will be a little bit under pressure.

location, location….. I travel a lot, and I have to say, the hotel has the best equipped gym I have ever seen. Spa is very good, I had 2 exceptional massages, I would recommend it to all. 5 stars fully deserved.

All was good, maybe the inside pool needs some extra sunbeds or something to sit on. There are only 4 chairs.

The sauna is only working if you make an appointment and it takes over 1.5 hours to heat it up. Secured parking is 30 lev, not 10 lev as advertised on Booking. When I came to the place they opened the garage and said that there are no free parking spots and the only option was to park for 30lev. I have no problem with the price, just want the hotel to add this to the description. Otherwise it's a bit misleading. There is a big stain on the carpet in the room that I staid in on the first floor.. and the shower had a bad smell.

Everything is just "fine" I think this is the best you can find in Ruse with a Spa. The Swimming pool was warm. The restaurant has a great interior and the menu is good.
