Comfy room, surprisingly quiet given the location on one of the main streets

It was 25 min walk to the center of the city. Good walk for me, but for some ppl it maybe long.

Mold in the shower. Even though it was a non smoking room, smoke entered from other people smoking in nearby rooms and halls. If you opened the window to let in fresh air, you smelled the cigarette smoke from outside. It was all very strong - morning and evening.

Location is 1 block from train/bus stations. Easy 15/20 minute walk to town center. Bed was comfortable, medium sized pillows, unscented soap used for sheets and towels. Alex at check in was very helpful. All the staff were nice.

It is a very good Hotel in the area that I could get with Free Parking and with excellent shopping areas around. These include Grocery Stores, Cafés, Restaurants and many places of interest. With my short stay I was not able to visit more than a few walking distance from the Hotel. The Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with local information and advise on restaurants etc. I found the accommodation very clean, tidy and comfortable and would not hesitate to rebook in this Hotel again in the future, should I revisit Ruse again.

There was problem with the canalisation and the water was not draining properly. There were no complements for the visitors (water or coffee). The restaurant staff was not fast enough and the restaurant was expensive for local hotel.

There was no soap in the bathroom, as the dispensers hadn't been refilled.

The staff were excellent and arranged a taxi for me ahead of my visit. My bed was very comfortable and the hotel was only a few minutes' walk from the train station.

For the breakfast you have only 3 options, two of them are very similar, but it was good, except for the juice.

A kettle in the room would be handy otherwise nothing. It was a perfectly fine place to stay.

The property was clean and well located to both the bus and train station which was handy for our overnight stop. It’s a 10min walk from the main square (2-3min drive) and it had a nice restaurant at the front of the hotel.

There is no elevator, which will be troublesome for passengers with large luggage.

The hotel is very close to the bus station and train station, less than 20 minutes walk to the old town, the location is very good. The room is ok, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is good.

The curtains weren't wide enough for the windows so there was light coming through in the morning. Nearly 20 mins walk down to the main square but this was fine as I chose it to be close to the bus station instead.

Just 5 mins walk from the bus station (train station is even closer) so great for an overnight stay when you're leaving early in the morning. No noise at night. Air con was really good. Lady on reception was very friendly and helpful.

Very nice room, shower, and staff. Worth the price. Hotel directly next to train and bus terminal. Close to Billa Supermarket and walk 10-15 minutes to city center. No smell of Cigarettes.

Legit the best option for a quick stop in Ruse as it's literally a 2 minute walk from your train/bus. Very good price/value, very friendly staff, 24h reception.
