Probably the best place to stay in sinemorets. Spacious rooms, very clean, amazing staff and huge parking. Everything is new and nice, and they clean the room every day. Right next to bars and restaurants and a public EV charger right next door.

The only thing I could think of was the internet connection - it was not so good occasionally and wasn't suitable for video calls, so a bit inconvenient if you are working remotely. Everything else was exceptional.

The room was very comfortable and clean and I really enjoyed the small patio. The host and staff were very nice and helpful. The location was very convenient as well, in a quiet street but close to everything - shops, restaurants and the beach is in walking distance as well. There is also a private parking so no need to worry about finding a spot if you are travelling by car.

Super clean and fresh! Nice patio with green grass and you get a free coffee in the reception office, the bathroom is spacious very clean and everything is functioning properly (very common at the sea destinations the drain gets clogged with sand, not the case here) Free parking in a designed area inside the property

Superb! Quiet location and at the same time just minutes away from the Main Street in Sinemorets. Great view of the forest, spacious and comfortable rooms. Super friendly owners and staff! Convenient parking. Everything was well maintained and clean. Will come back for sure!

Great choice, very nice apartments in the center of the village, but at the same time the area is quiet. The rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. The yard is huge and very well maintained, there is more than enough space for children to run and play. The owners are attentive, responsive and welcoming. I highly recommend this vacation spot.

Nothing - I'd love to go back to Sinemorets and if I do, chances are I will book this place again!

The owners and staff are super friendly and easy going. It definitely is a place where you feel like you're visiting friends and not staying at a hotel. The room itself was even better than we expected, it was super spacious and as we were working remotely, this was really handy. I'd say it's also quite a good room to choose for longer stay as it has a mini kitchenette and it can be handy. To me the location was perfect as it's in-between the two parts of Sinemorets so you're equally close to both beaches and I personally like walking around and exploring. You're close by to the best place for pancakes for breakfast, and have tons of options for dinner. We really enjoyed our stay - very highly recommended!

There was no curtain for the bathroom window and it felt like the neighbors could see you.

We liked that the room was spacious and the cleaning service was daily. Everything was new, in fact it was the first summer they opened. You can also park your car in their yard and it feels safer. The host was nice and solution oriented as she didn’t speak English, but she contacted someone who did and explained us the main facilities.

The apartment was very clean, everything smelled good. The bathroom was also very clean, which is very important to me. The host was helpful and nice, there is private parking available which is a big plus. I recommend!

Sinemorets needs to improve their public spaces, some streets do not have pavement, there is wild parking everywhere, the quality of public spaces and urban design/planning is very poor. So you stay in a nice place, you go to a nice beach, but you have to cross a very disorganised town. Local property owners should get organised and cooperate with the local government to improve the image of this place. In our studio we missed stove, microwave and coffee machine. For a longer stay these are necessary. A coffee machine is nowadays a standard even in hotel rooms, so in a duplex studio one would expect it automatically.

The accommodation is quite nicely designed, it is good especially for shorter stays.
