nothing much to comment here... There was no breakfast available but due to pandemic and small amount of guest, the kitchen remains closed - this is not the hotel's fault.

Localisation is absolutely perfect, inside most interesting district of the city and in close distance to the Old Town center. Hotel is quiet and clean. Staff is very nice and helpful. Nearby are available all restaurants, pubs, shops and main avenue. Hotel is 25 min by foot from the train station.

The bed wasn't very comfortable, especially very hard pillows were hardly usable.

The location is really nice, in a very lively part of the city with multiple restaurants and bars nearby. Also only a few steps away from the main street and a short walk from most attractions.

My only negative was the mattress it was uncomfortable so the night sleep disturbed. we would definately stay again, if they upgrade the Mattresses or got some good quality mattress toppers.

The location was excellent the rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. the water pressure is great and lovely deep bath as well as shower. The Daffi team accommodated a special request and worked hard to make things easy for our stay. Communication excellent. There was a fridge in the room which was a bonus (but no kettle) The restaurant was not open due to Covid restrictions but we were offered complimentary coffee on arrival. and the hotel is a few steps away from a wide choice of restaurants / cafe's and also the main attractions. The reception arranged a taxi for our journey to the train station, The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the area and what is on offer.

Perfect location in the famous Kapana district, which colorful bars and restaurants are 1minute walk. But at the same time the hotel street is very quite. The Old Plovdiv is 10minute walk. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The wifi is free and good. No breakfast, but at reception they offer good coffee.

Parking in the area is a bit hard and the hotel doesn't have many parking spaces.

The best hotel you can get in the middle of the Kapana district. Perfect location, very friendly and helpful staff. Not any super high-end stuff and comforts, but is the top quality place you can get for your money.

I didn't like the carpet. It had a smell. There weren't electric sockets next to each bed.

The location was the best. Beds were good. It had an air conditioning which was highly needed. The balcony was nice. The bathroom was spacious and clean.

Only 3 parking spots available for Guests for 25 rooms . It’s Very annoying to look around to find overnight parking close to the hotel that you have to pay for .

From the moment we walked into the lobby, there was a bad odor. There isn’t anyone at front desk overnight which feels a bit like a safety hazard - if anything happens during the night, you’re told to call a phone number that’s printed on a sheet of paper at reception.

It’s super conveniently located - less than a 5 minute walk from most restaurants in the Kapana area and a 15 minute walk at most from the attractions that are a bit farther out. The price point wasn’t too bad either.

Mattress was old and uncomfortable in 2 of the 3 rooms of our group. Reception pointed us to park at the street across the entrance and a local informed us that it is only for residents. No fine on a Sunday, reception insisted it was ok.

The bathroom. It was so dangerous. With no screen or curtain around the shower, no matter how you used it, water just sprayed everywhere, and took ages to drain. The tiles were flooded and so slippery. You had to wade through this water to reach the toilet. I was given extra towels to put down to reduce chance of slipping. The bed was very uncomfortable. Mattress needs replacing. Limited TV channels.

The description of the hotel says there is a parking available and included in the price, but what it doesn't tell you is that there are only 4 spots in front of the building, on the street, and they cannot be reserved so it is a matter of luck if you'll get a parking spot or not. We did not. There is a paid parking nearby which is quite expensive (48 BGN for 24 hours) and small so it is very possible that you wouldn't be able to park there either. And it is quite hard to find a parking spot in this neighborhood. So the money we paid for the hotel room was totally not worth it since there was no parking included, contrary to what was advertised. No breakfast either. I would strongly suggest you find another accommodation if you are traveling with a car.

The location of the hotel was superb. Right in the middle of 'Kapana' - close to everything within a short walk - lots of restaurants and bars nearby and yet, it was quiet in the room. Good size of the room. Nice staff - friendly and kind.

Hygiene was very questionable. There were stains on the wall next to the bed. Strange black stains on sheets. Hair from previous clients in the bathroom. There were some broken utilities in the bathroom.
