Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Polandnothing much to comment here... There was no breakfast available but due to pandemic and small amount of guest, the kitchen remains closed - this is not the hotel's fault.
Localisation is absolutely perfect, inside most interesting district of the city and in close distance to the Old Town center. Hotel is quiet and clean. Staff is very nice and helpful. Nearby are available all restaurants, pubs, shops and main avenue. Hotel is 25 min by foot from the train station.

BulgariaMy only negative was the mattress it was uncomfortable so the night sleep disturbed. we would definately stay again, if they upgrade the Mattresses or got some good quality mattress toppers.
The location was excellent the rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. the water pressure is great and lovely deep bath as well as shower. The Daffi team accommodated a special request and worked hard to make things easy for our stay. Communication excellent. There was a fridge in the room which was a bonus (but no kettle) The restaurant was not open due to Covid restrictions but we were offered complimentary coffee on arrival. and the hotel is a few steps away from a wide choice of restaurants / cafe's and also the main attractions. The reception arranged a taxi for our journey to the train station, The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the area and what is on offer.

The rooms are very clean and spacious. The wifi is free and good. No breakfast, but at reception they offer good coffee.

Puerto RicoFrom the moment we walked into the lobby, there was a bad odor. There isn’t anyone at front desk overnight which feels a bit like a safety hazard - if anything happens during the night, you’re told to call a phone number that’s printed on a sheet of paper at reception.
It’s super conveniently located - less than a 5 minute walk from most restaurants in the Kapana area and a 15 minute walk at most from the attractions that are a bit farther out. The price point wasn’t too bad either.

New ZealandThe bathroom. It was so dangerous. With no screen or curtain around the shower, no matter how you used it, water just sprayed everywhere, and took ages to drain. The tiles were flooded and so slippery. You had to wade through this water to reach the toilet. I was given extra towels to put down to reduce chance of slipping. The bed was very uncomfortable. Mattress needs replacing. Limited TV channels.

BulgariaThe description of the hotel says there is a parking available and included in the price, but what it doesn't tell you is that there are only 4 spots in front of the building, on the street, and they cannot be reserved so it is a matter of luck if you'll get a parking spot or not. We did not. There is a paid parking nearby which is quite expensive (48 BGN for 24 hours) and small so it is very possible that you wouldn't be able to park there either. And it is quite hard to find a parking spot in this neighborhood. So the money we paid for the hotel room was totally not worth it since there was no parking included, contrary to what was advertised. No breakfast either. I would strongly suggest you find another accommodation if you are traveling with a car.
The location of the hotel was superb. Right in the middle of 'Kapana' - close to everything within a short walk - lots of restaurants and bars nearby and yet, it was quiet in the room. Good size of the room. Nice staff - friendly and kind.
