Personnel was not helpful and kind. When we arrived to hotel, he requested more money than i booked price. He ask their standart prices differently than booking. He cant speak English, cant see well and cant hear well. It was terrible welcoming. The room was not so clean and one of the bed was broken in the room.

Hotel has a perfect location, very closed to everywhere in city center. Breakfast was ok.

There was a problem with the room AC. It was not bringing the temperature down despite the fact a hotel technician came to check on it upon checking in and advised it would cool down within an hour to 20C. After more than 12 hours the room temp was still 24C. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned everywhere. There was dust on some bathroom surfaces. There was no iron in the room. Turned out, each floor had one in the hallway. I couldn’t turn one of the lights in the room so the light bulb must had gone out.

I love the location. it’s in downtown Silistra and close to everything important in the town. The room was spacious, so was the bathroom.

It was not clean enough in the room. I think rooms are kinda creepy.

The fitness, the pool, the bed, the pillows were great. The breakfast was nice too.

The restaurant is horrible - slow and arrogant service from the only waitress, low quality and disgustingly looking and tasting food.

Comfortably located for travellers to stay overnight. Quiet, with basic facilities. Secured parking.

The location is really good, close to the park and other facilities. The hotel is quite shabby but stylish, for those who appreciate the classical look. As to the breakfast, it was tasty and rich for the price of the stay.

The moisture in the bath, it wasn't possible to set custom air conditioner temperature, breakfast wasn't great too...

The air condition was not powerful enough to make the room's temperature comfortable for us. It was hard to get it under 25C, while I feel comfortable under 22C. No mosquito nets on the windows. The hair dryer was not working.

Great location in the heart of the town center. Close to park, cafes and groceries. Breakfast was OK. Very spacious room. The room and bathroom looked both clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Steam iron available in the corridor.

In the bathroom all the metal parts were stained on cracked the chroming, they should be changed. The accessories that you would expect from a 4 star hotel with spa, are missing like: - shoe cleaning accessories, - bathrobe , slippers

Its ok what you get for your money , its just not enough satisfying for a 4 star hotel. The breakfast is ok, nothing special.

Wi-fi was not satisfying, working on the ground floor well, but very rare in the room.

Hotel is just in the center of the city. Comfortable, good furnished rooms, lobby, swimming pool and spa, dining and breakfast rooms and Café were the positive sides. Breakfast was quite good and various. Its Café which serves good coffees, drinks and cakes had all day lively atmosphere.

Breakfast useless, cold meat, eggs and cheese every day. that was the selection, also toast and 1 - 2 cereal choices. The fact it was a spa hotel and they charged you 10 lev per Room you wanted to use , steam room, sauna, jacuzzi. rip off
