Friendly staff, amazing restaurant, wonderful breakfast. Staying here was the most convenient way to get from Sofia to Bucharest and the food in particular made it an enjoyable part of the trip rather than just a stopover. Thank you!

This is hard to answer as the staff were ready to assist in any area you needed. Staff are multilingual so being English was never a problem as questions asked were always answered in English. There was nothing we didn't like.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was in the centre of the city and it meant you were close to restaurants etc. Breakfast was delicious with a buffet of cereals, pastries, breads, cheeses, meats and cooked food. Coffee, tea and juices were also available, you could have as much as you could eat or drink. There was also a restaurant in the hotel for lunch and dinner and this was spotless and the food was delicious. There is a laundry service in the hotel which was amazing as your laundry was done and returned within a couple of hours and it was very reasonably priced. The rooms were spotless.

We are staying at Dunav Plaza every time we visit Ruse. It is by far the best hotel in Ruse. Location, rooms and breakfast - perfect.

The downside to being on the plaza was that getting there and finding the parking was difficult (the roads are atrocious). Also there was some sort of show happening (Saturday night) with what looked like a permanent market, so it was noisy with music till about 2:30am. Also noise from the corridor with people talking etc till after midnight. Maybe better sound insulation would be good. The shower had a real problem in that it is an open walk-in but the drain plug is outside so water absolutely covered the floor unless you used a towel as a barrier.

The room was fine. Breakfast was very good. Lifts to upper floors a bonus. Right on the plaza so position was good

I really enjoyed my dinner at the restaurant (very unusual Caprese serving and yummy fish). Rooms are spacious enough and very comfortable, providing all things needed.

Very friendly and supportive staff. And professional too. The hotel is situated in the heart of the city, which is suitable if you have engagements in the city centre. The parking lot is a great advantage.

the location; the parking; the hotel; the room was about 40 sq.m; the compliment with coffee and the coffee machine in the room; the breakfast /we didn’t try the lunch and the dinner in the restaurant/; the service was perfect- all the staff, especially the staff on the reception was perfect!

The air conditionar in our room it wasn't working, and it was very cold during the night.But we were pleased that the children had separated air, and it was warm. And another think is that the smell of cigarettes was everywhere.

It was just a night, but it was fine. A very nice bathroom, and clean.
